I see a lot of good reviews for this restaurant, how ever this was not our case. I went to San Marino with my cousin brother and sister in law along with their 1 year old baby. After tiring walk around the town we went in to the place for lunch but as soon as we walked in they were startled as if we didn’t belong there. And repeatedly kept saying to go down stairs, then we asked if there are no tables available to which he responded yes. But in reality there were only few people inside. Regardless if it was fully booked or not, that was not the way to handle or speak to people who walked in to your restaurant. So to sum it up, maybe this is not an inclusive place. As south Asians we felt like it was a racial micro-aggression.

Great experience. Professional waiters, great local wine (wine of San Marino, there you go!), every meal was fantastic! Highly recommended.

One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in! The food was so fresh and flavorful! The waiter was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about our dining experience. The restaurant is affordably priced and features premium dining options. Do yourself a favor and sit with a table to enjoy the views of San Marino. It is gorgeous there and enjoy some great food.

Okay at best. We did two tasting menus. Would not go back nor recommend. Low light: food is bland. Most is not very tasty. Service was disappointing. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. We had a reservation and were first in line for 7 pm dinner. We’d expect more organized service. We never got a spoon for the stew. We didn’t get one of the desserts and when asked, they charged extra for what was included in the tasting menu… not a refined experience. Highlight: the view is nice but then you can see the same view from the public area. The steak was good and the starter of the special tasting menu was good.

A lot of variation in menu. One of the dishes that I tried was golden egg. it’s really good. Waitress take time to come to you but I think it’s because so many people at the restaurant. And this restaurant has a nice view

Nice view restaurant definitely nicer than the food. It had high rating but not that good food honestly. The appetizer of potato was so good but the pasta was so disappointing. It could do so much better. We ordered this truffle pasta but nothing was close to the truffles. We couldn’t taste the truffles, nor the parmesan and didn’t deserve the costly dish. The appetizer price was a s costly as the main dish, it should be cheaper although it's good. Restaurant overall nice for its view but not the pasta dish. Wouldn't go again or recommend the place.

A view is breathtaking, if you can sit by the window. The waiters do not like the turist, we only got a table because of a kind young waiter! The food (3towers menu) was completely average, we would have expected better quality.

Ein schönes Restaurant mit super Ausblick auf die Burg, Berge und wunderschön beim Sonnenuntergang. Das Essen sieht sehr gut aus, ist geschmacklich aber eher durchschnittlich. Der Service ist nett, allerdings könnten sie aufmerksamer sein und sich proaktiver um die Gäste kümmern - man möchte nicht das Gefühl haben, sie zu stören, wenn man etwas bestellen möchte. Ich würde dennoch wieder kommen, weil der Ausblick toll war :)

Wir waren in der Nebensaison da ohne einen Tisch bestellt zu haben. Wir hatten Glück, obwohl 5 Personen. Saßen in der zweiten Reihe am Fenster ohne Glas mit Mega Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang, was das eigentliche Highlight ist bei diesem Restaurant. Bedienung war aufmerksam. Jeder hatte ein Menü und alle waren zufrieden. Was will man mehr 🤷🏽‍♂️

Come for the great view and excellent service. The set menus are a good value and allow to try a little bit of server also dishes. However, the pasta dishes were under seasoned and the portion of ostrich in the pasta was extremely scant, about the amount of 5 peas.

I'm not sure what is better the food or the service... It was a wonderful dinner and the restaurant atmosphere is magnificent.

A nice experience which offered great food in a nice environment. The restaurant is connected to the hotel so can be accessed off the street or through the hotel. A service team of three served us. Two spoke no English. The third did have good English skills so between my poor Italian and this person's English we got by. There seemed to be one chef so the food delivery time was a bit too relaxed for my liking. But I wasn't in a rush so did not downgrade on this. Oddly two men (one in a suit) came in to another table and their food was served immediately with great priority. I'm thinking they were either local politicians (the restaurant sits right next to the Government building) or hotel management. The night we were there in San Marino was VERY windy. This led the windows to really rattle leading to some concerned looks on other faces. This distraction also led to a slight lack of the upscale atmosphere the restaurant seems to create. Nothing that the establishment can be faulted for. More of a general observation. Overall a good meal.

Am ales meniul lor de pranz, compus din antreu, 2 feluri principale si desert. Portiile au fost de dimensiuni potrivite, echilibrate, acompaniate cu un vin spumant local. Personalul a fost atent si amabil.

The location is ideal with the beautiful views. The service was fast and friendly. The food was really delicious. We tried lamp chops, beef steak and millefeuille and all were really tasty. All in all, a five star experience with nothing to improve.

Ho cenato al Ristorante La Terrazza qualche anno fa e ho apprezzato molto l’esperienza. Il cibo era tutto buono, con piatti ben preparati e ingredienti di qualità. Inoltre, la posizione offre una vista panoramica suggestiva, che rende il pasto ancora più piacevole. Un ristorante consigliato per chi visita San Marino e vuole gustare una buona cena in un’atmosfera rilassante.

Molto sodfisfatto, sia dal menu' che dal servizio, locale accogliente e pulito, se proprio devo lasciare una nota negativa, suggerisco di eliminare le piante in plastica, le considero poco ecologiche. Comunque lo consiglio.

They served me a pasta with ‘fresh’ porcini on top, the mushrooms had live worms in them which once I mentioned they took the dish away, removed the mushrooms and brought the same dish back. The other dishes were extremely mediocre.

Despite the good rating this is a simple turist place. We were waiting to get a plate for the bread and oil. After a while we managed by our own, when the waiter realized, was looking at us in a weird way. This is far from a good service level. The inner design is not cozy at all. You can find much better place in San Marino.

Unser Besuch bei La Terrazza in San Marino war eine zwiespältige Erfahrung, die sowohl Höhen als auch Tiefen hatte. Das Restaurant bietet zweifellos eine atemberaubende Aussicht und ein einzigartiges Ambiente, insbesondere zum Sonnenuntergang. Wir begannen mit einer Käseplatte, die mit vier verschiedenen Käsesorten und darauf abgestimmten Honigen serviert wurde. Diese Vorspeise war sehr lecker und bot eine interessante Geschmacksvielfalt. Leider konnte die Qualität der Vorspeise nicht auf die Hauptspeise übertragen werden. Die Gnocchi mit Pesto, die ich bestellte, enttäuschten. Sie hatten kaum Geschmack und schienen etwas überteuert für das, was geboten wurde. Ich musste mit Olivenöl, Parmesan, Salz und Pfeffer nachhelfen, um ihnen überhaupt Geschmack zu verleihen. Der Nachtisch, obwohl er nicht unbedingt einem klassischen Tiramisu entsprach, war dennoch lecker und stellte eine angenehme Abrundung unseres Essens dar. Leider war der Service nicht auf dem Niveau, das man bei einem Restaurant dieser Art erwarten würde. Der Chefkellner war zwar nett, aber wir fühlten uns oft ignoriert und mussten mehrmals versuchen, die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals zu erlangen. Dies trübte das Gesamterlebnis erheblich. Trotz dieser Mängel bleibt die Aussicht und das Ambiente bei La Terrazza in San Marino einzigartig und definitiv empfehlenswert, insbesondere während des Sonnenuntergangs. Wenn jedoch Verbesserungen beim Service und der Qualität der Hauptspeisen vorgenommen würden, könnte dieses Restaurant zu einem echten Highlight werden.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il menù del territorio a 29 euro è molto interessante, materie prime di qualità (soprattutto i tortelli e le costolette di agnello), compreso il pane. C’è anche il menù bimbi. Ambiente pulito e vista interessante.

Cibo di una qualità eccezionale, servito da un personale gentile e professionale, ma soprattutto preparato. Per non parlare della vista magnifica che solo questo locale vi potrà regalare. Un grazie a Vincenzo e al ragazzo che ci ha servito. Un abbraccio 🤗

비수기 산마리노에는 문을 연 식당들이 많지 않아서 열려 있는 식당 아무곳에나 들어갔어요 그런데 생각보다 훨씬 더 분위기 있고 음식도 맛있었습니다 특히 서버분이 너무 품격있으셔서 미슐랭 레스토랑처럼 느껴지는 서비스였는데 가격은 생각보다 비싸지 않았어요 낮에 보면 풍경도 너무 예쁠것 같은데 밤이라서 아무것도 보이지않아 아쉬웠어요

Very good location, amazing view. Local and seasonal cuisine, a bit pricey. I tried a fish dish that was delicious. Professional service. Wait time for following courses in the three towers menu and the tasting menu a bit too long. If you plan on going there in the evening be weary that the terrace is open and if you sit by the verge you may get a bit cold.

Good location and view of San Marino citadel. Pasta boiled just right. Kids menu is also good and very filling.

Best dinner of our trip! Pasta to start and fish for mains. Both dishes were full of flavour and and very well presented. We also enjoyed both of our wine choices (local wine). Book in advance to get a good table on the terrace with stunning views especially at sunset. The service was excellent.

Views that are simply unbelievable. Food is on the pricier side in comparison to the rest of San Marino, but the service and ambiance more the compensate. And also not unimportant, that food is well prepared and excellent as well. Would recommend for dinner if you get a great sunset!

It's a great place to dine, when in San Marino. The food and wine menu is diverse, and not that expensive. We got the 4 course menu, and everything eas delicious. We paired the food with a nice Chiani, and we had the most amazing experience. Definitely recommend.

Una serata perfetta: eccellenza culinaria e atmosfera magica Sono appena tornato da una cena straordinaria e non posso fare a meno di condividere la mia esperienza! Sin dall’ingresso, il ristorante accoglie con un’atmosfera calda ed elegante, un perfetto equilibrio tra raffinatezza e comfort. Il personale è stato impeccabile: professionale, attento e sempre sorridente, capace di farci sentire davvero coccolati. Ma il vero protagonista della serata è stato senza dubbio il cibo. Ogni piatto era un’esplosione di sapori, presentato con una cura quasi artistica. Dagli antipasti raffinati ai primi dal gusto avvolgente, fino ai secondi di altissima qualità e ai dolci da sogno, tutto era semplicemente perfetto. Si sente la passione e la ricerca di ingredienti freschissimi e di altissima qualità. Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto con una selezione di vini consigliata dal sommelier, che ha saputo esaltare ogni portata con abbinamenti perfetti. In sintesi, un’esperienza indimenticabile che consiglio a chiunque cerchi non solo un’ottima cena, ma un vero e proprio viaggio nel gusto. Tornerò sicuramente, perché serate così sono rare e preziose!

Un'esperienza surreale. In pieno centro storico. Siamo arrivati, in ritardo purtroppo, dopo una giornata impegnativa e ci hanno accolto come persone di famiglia. Ci hanno riservato il tavolo migliore, perchè avevo anticipato al telefono, che compiva gli anni una delle nostre figlie. Ci ha seguito principalmente il sig. Vincenzo D.C., simpaticissimo, empatico, preparato, dolcissimo con le nostre figlie. Cibo di altissima qualità, materia prima di eccellenza. Alla fine il Sig. Vincenzo ha portato alla mia bambina una monoporzione di tiramisù con tutto il piatto decorato e la candelina accesa. Che emozione. Grazie allo chef, grazie a tutto lo staff. Al sig.
