Warning, if you cash out a ticket from a slot machine always make sure you bring it to the cash cage! My husband put it into a ticket redemption machine & it didnโ€™t dispense his cash. So the slot supervisor advised us that we would have to come back the following day to pick up the money after they audit the machine & see that itโ€™s over some money. They are more than capable of viewing the cameras & seeing that no money was given. Then they said they will call the following day so we can pick up the cash, no on ever called. We called 3 days later so we could go get our money. They still gave us the run around before allowing us to get the money. Katina was telling us she was the highest supervisor I would be able to talk to, which was a lie! She was extremely rude & unprofessional. She should be fired for the way she treated us. After my husband finally got his money, which was only $69.30 by the way, he wasnโ€™t even given any kind of compensation for their machines malfunction. You wouldโ€™ve thought we were trying to cash out an $800 ticket or something but no they drug it out & made us wait & go back for $69.30! We drove 30 mins each way & nothing for compensation! We go here often but not anymore! We will now go to Augustine Casino!

Really nice, updated casino from inside. Staff is super friendly, food is good, with large portions, inexpensive. One thing, the whole casino smells horrible, (cigarette smoke) you come out of that place smelling like an ashtray.

I would prefer that no one choose to come to this casino being that when the generators went out at one point in time I was not able to receive my money back from the machine all the while having to wait 3 hours and it's still not up and running and when trying to get information they were so overwhelmed they did not have anything together I'm a diabetic and due to my ability to not be able to stay longer than the 3 hours because there was no telling when the generators were going to kick start back up I had to leave into a pitch black dark garage where my car was parked and just overall I had the most horrible experience ever

Spacious gaming experience. There are several types of games, I prefer Keno. They have a section for Keno or you can play at the bars. The denominations range from a minimum of 5 cents - 40 cents, a quarter - 8 quarters, and $1 - $8 depending on where you play. Most people working on the floor are very friendly, I've only had bad experiences with beverage servers. Apart from gaming there are diverse options for eating. You can grab a sandwich to go or sit down and have lobster tails. The food at Taproom 28 is AMAZING! I had 2 lobster tails, veggies, and mashed potatoes. My daughter had the Shrimp Scampi Alfredo. Currently on Tuesdays lobster tail dinners are $24.95 but I'd order them again if it weren't on a Tuesday. Our server was extremely kind and the bar environment was not hostile. You can watch the various screens as you enjoy your meal or you can simply sit, enjoy your meal, and chat with your friends at the table. Come check it out!

Nope, NOPE!! So disrespectful of the staff to tell me that I could wash dishes if I can't afford to pay for my meal. They had a promotion for a free buffet when you sign up for a rewards card. Then they refused to honor the promotion, then told me that I can wash dishes if I can't afford to pay. I will never step foot in this disrespectful place again!! Zero stars 0โญ๏ธ

Stopped in on a Saturday to watch a concert Ramon Ayala. The show tickets were priced reasonably the Concert was great Ramon is an excellent musician. The drink prices were also reasonably priced compared to other concerts and shows. Had dinner in the buffet although the buffet is not as big as other casinos the food was very good here. There was a band in the casino were we danced and had lots of fun. We did some gambling on the slots and actually came out $200 bucks ahead better than Vegas odds. We will be back again to this spotlight in the desert.

We stopped in for breakfast and it was wonderful and the service was outstanding. We stayed and played for about 4 hours and left with money ahead. All the employees were so nice and helpful in the casino. We will be back for sure.

I visited Spotlight 29 Casino on December2, 2022. I am crippled and requested a wheelchair. They told me they only had two one was rented out and the other one was reserved. I contacted marketing "Tom" was very patronizing and basically refused to accommodate my request to be wheeled t o a slot machine and left there to play. I told him the casino had slw a y accommodated me in the past do know I wasn't out c of line. I told the Public Safety Officer sent to my vehicle that Soboba alw as ys accommodates my request without question. The publi safety officer told me "Then go yo Soboba". These t we o employees represent Spotlight 29". The thing they are forgetting is that I was a patron and they represent the facility. I did not need to have to hear their personal opinion of me. There's no room for it in the business world. They need to leave th e irs at home. I will never return to this casino. It cannot accommodate my disability" a basic in running a business of this velocity. I came 50 miles and they acted as if I was bothering them. This attitude seemed to be throughout Security and Marketing.

Hit the gaming floor at dawn. Turned out to be the perfect time to access all of are preferred games and the payout prove to be better than other unnamed Indian casinos. Everyone in the party enjoyed the experience and left with smiling faces. I could only hope that future excursions are of such caliber.

You know what you don't see in this casino that I see in many others ....handpays jackpots happy people most are just head hanging low. The food is sub par compared to other casinos. The food comps are not the greatest. Was told they took the tomahawk steak away as well. I seen no lightning link super grand chance no top dollar no pinball machines. I used to come here a lot as a trucker now after my last few visits no wins no jackpots being paid. I think I'll just cut my losses and find somewhere else to go sadly bc this is a nice spot.

The barbeque sandwich platter was excellent and so was the service, from the hostess to the waitress to the bus man. Thank you everyone. Food was hot, fresh and cooked with pride. Trust me I know what I am talking about.

Casino is a place I been, and boy I been there! Parking lot big like walk across long field in civil war, come to door you look at door door so clean it show you a reflection of yourself. Take time to reflect. Inside many machine are scream and beep, man hold hand up in air say โ€œI pull down your pants pleaseโ€ I say excuse me he say โ€œpull down your pants pleaseโ€ I felt weird and uncomfy but Barry was like โ€œHeโ€™s saying mask pull down maskโ€ so I did but now you donโ€™t have to do that anymore which is a BIG BIG BIG relieaf phew!! Anyway you take paper money and put in little slit on machine and machine give you new different paper with names of money write on it. Can do this over n over sometime if you press button the names of the moneys changed to either higher number or lower. When you think you is satisfied you give paper not money to man and then he give you paper money back, Can then spend it at Jimmy buffet. I left there I was ABSLOUTELY COOKED! Thank Heaven.

Went in for lunch and a couple drinks. Lunch was good. Sat down to play a li'l blackjack at the bar and heard an odd sucking noise. I looked closer as saw that they were vacuuming money out out everyone's pocket. Suuuuuuuuck! Expensive drinks and tight machines. I tried two different ones, and they are definitely dialed up. I GTFO there and will not return. Two stars for the tasty Asian restaurant. 0 stars for casino.

For $40 my steak was dry and overdone. Veggies might as well have been microwaved and the potatoes definitely were. The Founders stout is good and definitely a value for $12 a liter but my second marg came with no salt because "they threw it out". What does this mean? All salt has been disposed of? You have limited salt per shift and, at some point, someone comes around and tosses it? This is a bar, right? Just a piss poor experience at a premium price for the most part. Update--They have a 2am cutoff. I didn't know and my server didn't bother to tell me. That's why the salt was thrown out and also why I was disappointed when I asked for another drink. Dropping the charity star I added and going with the one star I initially wanted to give. And to the management who wants my feedback here it is. Train your damn employees. They should be preparing food correctly to order and letting their customers know when the alcohol cutoff is. I've never been to a casino with an alcohol cutoff before. I would have definitely ordered another Founders at 0130 if I'd have known.
