Good department store. Comfortable facilities with restaurant service.

I recently bought a computer and I was never told that they did not have it in stock. I was told it was at the warehouse but what it really means is that they had to order it from the brand and that would take them 3 weeks to arrive to the store, I only found out this after I called after a week to ask why they had not called me. This was my earliest experience at this store.

Shame not all Liverpool shops have same quality. Service was slow and poor, they exposed beverages but you were not aloud to order, asked to a supervisor and he argued that was "family day" ... ok... but then why we can buy other brand of beers? outside toilets were cleaner than the inside ones.

I ende up... loving having breakfast there, although the waitress was... too, too slow and a bit distant. The place was clean...

I bought these cool black yoga pants on the first floor. Puma. Those are not just leggings or yoga pants they're my new everything pants 😻

The other day I was there standing trying to buy stuff and no one tried to help me then I walked by 3 assistants slacking and asked for to call some one in that department then I waited for another 10 mins and no one came by to help so I just walked away. They have good service most of the time

Restaurant has several options and a variety of food, however it is a little bit pricy (for mall food) and loud.

Still a place where the improvement has shown, keep it some things in prices really out of proportion
