Muy buen servicio. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y acogedoras. El restaurant en el nivel 7 con una terraza impresionante y excelente vista. El corazón de rib-eye y la crema de almeja valen totalmente la pena. Los acabados del hotel muy bonitos. Le hace falta limpieza de cristales de la terraza y del elevador panorámico, ojalá mejoren esa parte.

Ya está en funcionamiento y el desayuno muy rico , el servicio es excelente... Las instalaciones están muy padres... La terraza del último piso tiene una excelente vista...

Lo más destacado es la impresionante vista de la terraza, el lugar es lindo y el servicio bastante bueno. A unos pasos de la terminal. Recomiendo ampliamente.

Stay if you need to, but it's not the best Holiday inn. There's one in city centre that's much better. Booked a cab and was told 700 mxn. But cab driver insisted it was 858. When I called Holiday Inn rather than own the mistake they said they had told me 858. A number like 858 you just don't forget. Can't be trusted

This Holiday Inn is brand new and really nice. Clean facility and well maintained. The rooms are very nice and have everything you need. The service and staff were excellent and very polite as well as helpful. The only thing was the Gym/ Fitness center was tiny and just has a couple treadmills and some dumbells and one bench. And they also did not have a pool or hot tub. Other than that the breakfast in the morning is good, its 350 pesos for two people and all you can eat buffet. Also the parking is underground so don't park at the garage across the hotel, that is for the airport. Good place to stay for a couple of days to handle your business or affairs but not a getaway location.

El hotel está hermoso y super cómodo, pero el premio se lo lleva la gente que trabaja en recepción sobre todo, super amables y buena onda y el chavo que te lleva en su carrito de golf al aeropuerto y viceversa. Super, muchas gracias.

Fastest deterioration in my 25 years of experience. The place is barely over 6 months old and a total dump already. Rooms smell of garbage, breakfast is horrible. Air conditioner works sporadically at best.

Hotel is brand new but has several problems. Our room 231 had a sewer like odour coming from the shower and it was also present on the first floor corridor. Also, the front desk staff is not prepared to give real solutions and the restaurant hostess was rude. For the price paid, this is poor value for money.

We are avid holiday inn customers, but after staying here, that might change. We arrived and the room they gave us had a broken bed. So we switched rooms. The next room smelled so bad of something I could compare to dog poop… the beds were so incredibly uncomfortable. There was dirt and hair all over the bathroom. The shower blasted underneath the door and soaked the entire bathroom floor… there were no water bottles in the second room and when I asked for some, I was charged $120 pesos … for bottled water that was supposed to be included… At dinner, we ordered a kids meal for our toddler because kids eat free at holiday inn… well apparently not this one. The breakfast was also terrible and the restaurants have a real cafeteria feel with super high end prices. We paid over $1200 pesos for dinner and $600 for breakfast. The portions were small and the food wasn’t good. When we asked the front desk about the charge for the kids meal and waters he said they were not included at this particular location… Except in the first room, with the broken bed, there were two complementary bottles. They lied right to our faces. Disgusting disregard for its guests and total lack of respect for tourists. I’ll never stay here again and I’ll be writing a letter to head office asap.

The service here is Over the Top! 👌🏼👌🏼They go over and beyond to ensure you feel welcomed and have a pleasant stay. The food at the restaurant at the roof top is amazing! Capitan Ivan, is the best manager ever!!! He’s very detail oriented and ensures the customers are happy. Capitan David, Fanny, my favorite Chef, and all the servers Ana Maria, Yessenia, just EVERYONE at this hotel makes it such a pleasant stay! Thank youALL we appreciate the amazing customer service.

Very nice quet, clean hotel and convenient to stay since it's close to AIFA airport, also I really like the new airport (not crowded like Mexico City airport). I truly like this hotel, staff was friendly and helpful.

Muy buen hotel. Recomendable... Dos o tres detalles es bueno para la mejora continua.. revisen los ventiladores de los baños... Suenan mucho. Ajusten las puertas ya que al cerrar se azotan... Y la atención de la gente en el mostrador front desk sea más atenta y servicial... Excente comida y atención... Vayan... Es un hotel hermoso.

Muy bien la habitación. El hospedaje si tuvimos un contratiempo. Por que no nos querían dar el servicio de hospedaje primero por que no habían habitaciones disponibles y después por que todavía Ivan a hacer limpieza 🤔

Kinda 3 or 4 stars. Rooms are not well sound isolated from neighbors or continuous rooms. Bad service rooftop restaurant. No uber and almost no taxi at this place. Wish it will ameliorate when the airport has more demand.

The hotel was an excellent location for the airport. Rooms were also excellent. Top rated quality of beds and accommodations. Showers and restroom were superb. We had a buffet breakfast that was a mix of fresh omelette bar and precooked meals. Food was delicious. Service great.
