    I went to this decent health branch for a covid antigen test, when I went there was not much of a line to get in, I only had to stand in line to pay, since I made the appointment through the page. (I recommend making an appointment so you don't wait too long). The service is good because they send you the results in an hour or less by email and WhatsApp. This branch does have parking which makes entry more comfortable and safe. The only bad thing was that the girl who gave me the test was very abrupt when performing it and compared to other tests it was one of the worst.

    The place is very clean, the service was good, and very fast. It took me less than an hour for the lab and eye exam and I didn't have an appointment. The prices are more affordable than in other laboratories and I loved that that same day they sent me the results by WhatsApp and by email without needing access codes or anything. This way I can send them to my doctor without any problem.

    The service is fast, it doesn't take you more than an hour to get to the establishment. You can make an appointment on the Digna health page, but if you decide to go in person you will see a long line outside, service is fast! They send you the result via WhatsApp. They are very hygienic, I recommend it!!!

    Terrible service. Very cheap but they give you an appointment for a study, they ask you to arrive 15 minutes early and they make you wait 90 minutes, under the pretext that they have a lot of people. So why do they assign hours?

    Terrible service from the cashier area, on a day with people it can take more than an hour, in my case it was 1:30 hours in line and 10 minutes in the studios, all because they lack training and personnel, coincidentally Your service survey screen is useless.

    A 10 decent health! And the stick only, it is super fast with an appointment and without an appointment it is not delayed, excellent equipment, professionals and facilities and for prices! The best!

    We arrived during opening hours, but they didn't serve you because they went out to have breakfast. Incredible terrible service. If you go out to breakfast, take turns and don't go together.

    The cashier staff, like those assigned to deliver results, address patients with arrogance, authoritarianism, and insensitivity. I was in the Huixquilucan branch and they had this attitude with at least 7 patients. It is incredible that the sense of care is lost, since one does not go for pleasure, but rather because of a possible health problem. :( 😞

    Terrible service without any empathy for people. They make you schedule an appointment and they don't respect the time, they serve you hours later. I took an elderly person and instead of giving priority they treated him untimely and reluctantly. Needless to say about the rest of the people who were in the same situation.
