It's a fine hotel, done in an art deco design. Firm bed, hot shower. That's all I need. The neighborhood is industrial and really comes to life at night. Experience genuine Mexico! Easy access to subway, solid wifi. (It did drop for a few seconds every hour or do, but otherwise 20 megs.) The hotel is better than its surrounding, which is why it is so economical. I will stay again.

To be honest, the price is great! For what you get. They could use a bed mat to make the bed more comfortable, wifi keeps dropping, and they could install a safe in the room. However, I like the large room, the Hot and great water pressure shower and there is an upgraded room with a shower AND hot tub. You wanna play GQ for a little while on a tight budget this is the shiznet! This place has potential and I hope they use my recommendations. I sleep on my stomach so its not bad.

So far so good, it’s not actually a bad hotel but the area is kind of seedy and dirty. The hotel itself is clean what I really did not expect, pretty quiet. A big problem is that they don’t clean the rooms at all. The first 2 days they didn’t make up the room at all, no staff, the third day after insisting and threatening with an official complaint they did us the favor and cleaned the room. This hotel is also a love motel which is available apparently by the hour . I would not come with children. The girls at the reception are friendly but totally useless. Depressing place. There are lots of Russian tourists in the hotel who had to smoke continuously at the entrance and blocking it as well.. This kind of loitering shouldn’t be allowed at all.You have to keep the windows closed or all the smoke gets into the room. No air conditioning ! Ask for a fan and they will provide one for 200 pesos. I guess it’s just a deposit and you’ll get it back. I won’t ever come back. Spend 20$ more, take a chain hotel where they actually clean the rooms .A holiday inn is faaaaar better than this place. No Air Condition at all!

Terrible experience. I booked this as a last min thing! As soon as i arrived to the hotel it gave me a really bad impression. When i walked in the lights at the lobby were off! I wasn’t sure if it was closed or open.. i checked in and walked to my room, the whole hallway smelled like tabacco, and again there was no lights on. I go in the room and the bed was hard, The floor was dirty, staff look annoyed, and to top it off when i left the room and came back at night my key wasnt working so i went and asked at the front desk why? And their answer was “well you have to leave your key whenever you go out, you are not supposed to take it with you”

When we checked in we found over 10 cockroaches crawling around our bathroom and room and we requested to move but werent able to be moved until the next day. Then whenwe moved to a new room it also had bugscrawling around although not as bad. At this point we assumed the whole hotel has a insect infestation and stopped complaining. I would not recommend this hotel until they take care of this problem. In addition the hotel is very dark and not inviting. It is cheap for a reason. The only thing i can say positive was its relatively close location to the metro and bike rental locations. Otherwise look elsewhere.

The staff seemed nice, but the hotel itself was very dark and creepy. It was not a nice feeling walking to your room. The lights in the hallways are not working. Our bed was broken and you could feel every single spring in the matres. The pillows were honestly the worst I have ever tried. The toilet had feces all over :-( The room also smelled of cigarettes. Outside the entrance of the hotel is a large group of creepy men, who hang out all hours of the day and night. One of them tried to get into our Uber and would not take no for an answer. Not sure if they are guests Or not, But the hotel staff should have handled it.

We literally slept on a box spring. We wanted 2 extra towels, they made us rent them. 😳 I will never go back.

I didn't like at all. I have to cancel my reservation from 4 nigths. my stay was for only one night bcuz of my mother surgery. The doctor wanted me to stay with her in the hospital until she got checked out. so that's why I canceled my stay. I only left my luggage, but I never use the room, but still, they will charge me to keep my stuff there. So the other 3 days. I expected the refund but till now 4 weeks I haven't received my money back. The said the Booking. Com it's responsible for the devolution but They said that's the hotel responsable to refund your money back. So imagine how I feel. I know this country has a lot of corruption, but now it's corruption between the app & the hotel. Bcuz they want to keep my money. I will never recommend this hotel at all. They still your money & they will ignore you when you want something to be resolved.

Good place to stay. Recommended for short stays. Checkin checkout easy and uncomplicated. Distance to downtown very short. 2 metro options in walking distance (3min)

Good 500Mexican Pesos for a big room...a bit of noise in the night from other rooms.

Very good balance between price and quality. Too good audibility, not the best neighborhood, but close to the center and Mexico Arena, where u can see the spectacular Lucha Libre show, if covid-19 will allow it

Jacuzzi is amazing. Decent location. Good prices. Only let down is that the bed was really uncomfortable. The pillow felt like a wooden board .

Awesome clean place, relatively close to Zocalo, Reforma, El angel and many more places. Nice neighborhood. Nice and cozy place for a real amazing price

A lot of noise all day, beer bottles everywhere, foreign people sitting at the door steps blocking the entrance, no AC, and girls at the front desk on their phones instead of taking care of the clients. And loud speakers through the hallways, I guess too cheap to invest in radios to call service personal.

Very disorganised and non - professional staff. When we arrived we (and many other people) were waiting for a very long time for the checkin with no further information. After a long time, they finally informed us that our room was not available for the first night so they moved us to a new one (from a lower category) for one night. In the new room the bed sheet was dirty and we even found a used face - mask against Covid under the bed cover. They were denying to change our bed sheets but after really many phone calls and discussions and "here and there" they decided to move us again. The next day they moved us to a new room again (which was supposed to be a better category). That room was fine for the price but the whole experience made our stay very exhausting. Some extra problems: during the night you could hear people talking from other rooms and from the hallway and during the day the receptionist was making public announcements (?) from a microphone and you could hear her from all around the hotel. Like when you go to MC Donalds and you order a meal. Very weird.

Good facilities but the worst management of a hotel I have ever seen. We went on march 2023, 13th for 4 nights. - They said the room we booked was not available. - They took us in an lower grade room. The bed was full of human hair and we found a used Covid mask under the sheet! - after a lot of complaint they changed us room ( although they were claiming there was no other room available). - the next morning they asked us again to change room and go to the right one. - we asked either for a partial refund for the 1st night or to allow us a late check out in our departure date. They accept neither claiming (with no proof) that the room they had put us was more expensive than the one we paid for. - they did not offer a single apology for all the trouble. - at least the room was good but the whole trouble too much.

A hotel with a very old renovation, on the first day there was a cockroach in the room, the TV did not work, the Wi-Fi was very slow, the usb connectors did not work, I had to buy adapters for sockets, they cleaned the room only in the evening, one day they didn’t come to clean at all , there is no safe, refrigerator, hair dryer and iron, the only plus of this hotel is the price

First off when we arrived to the hotel I got a creepy impression because when we walked in the lights at the lobby were off! I wasn’t sure if it was closed or open. Secondly once in the room we found out NO AC!!! Make sure you read and not make the same mistake. I assumed all hotel have AC. Third no safe for valuables and when I asked the front desk clerk had no clue to what I meant and to top it off when i left the room and came back at night my key wasn’t working so i went and asked at the front desk why? Their answer was “well you have to leave your key whenever you go out, you are not supposed to take it with you” does that even make any sense????? Next I asked for ice and was told to get it from the bar and at that was charged for it 😡. Let’s not mention the beds that felt like plywood with an inch of foam. Lastly the overnight front desk clerk was rude and gave us a creep vibe and the area is not the greatest at night. The only plus was the price and in walking distance to China Town and the Mercado de Artesanias.

This has to be one of the worst experiences at a hotel ever… the beds were as hard as a Flinstones bed …hard as a rock.. The outlets didn’t work around the room , had to charge phone in restroom..they asked for my id and kept it for the stay for the tv remote Lol … for real.. no lamps around the room… Channels on tv didn’t have volume… The area is pretty bad … but at the end of the stay I considered the area better than the hotel stay.. Pay an extra $30 and avoid these headaches…

The worst place to be around Mexico City, all the days was a different problem between the staff and the building in general, I was with my girlfriend and her family and all the days was a different problem because they were rude with the customers, outside the rooms was really dirty at the point I found a used condom in front of the room in middle hallway and even when we say to the staff that, the condom was there 2 or 3 days more. Was one girl with glasses very rude and pretty useless to fix any problem. Was the worst part of my stay there.

Terrible customer service. We found bed bugs in the suite room. We killed them, and blood smeared on the sheets. They blamed us for bringing them even though we stayed the previous nights with them in a different room. they wouldn’t refund us and wouldn’t change our room and threatened to call the cops on us when i told them it was unacceptable. Don’t be fooled by the price, If anything goes wrong here they won’t help you. Although somebody is responding to these reviews saying sorry to all the guests, trust me they don’t care. Stay somewhere else.

A very wonderful place to stay. It's very near to the subway Doctores and the room is very big and comfortable. The personal is without doubt the best. Very nice and kind people. You don't regret to stay here!
