This is a racist, colorist, and classist bar. I made reservations and when I go there I was told that there was no space and needed to wait even though the place looked empty and there was no line. As I was waiting, the bouncer let groups of white people with NO reservation in and kept telling me there was no space for me and my friends. The bouncer never moved or talked to anyone about my reservation he just stood there. After waiting for about 15 minutes I realized what was happening and my friends and I decided to leave. I wish I could give this place no starts. Please don't support this business.

Americans Beware! Especially African Americans!This place is not for tourists and not for those who are Black or Afro Latino. They treat darker tone people horrible! They make you wait and go through 2 checkpoints only to have them stare and speak horribly to those of a darker hue!

I do not recommend the place, if you want your girlfriend, friend to be harassed by the waiters, then it is a right place. In particular, I am never going to go since a fat black waiter began to bother a friend. The worst thing is that he makes racist comments and it is worse, I do not understand how the administrators allow it, well, in short, everyone has their places as the best they use zero stars

However, to our shock and dismay, we were denied entry without any reasonable explanation or justification. This incident left us feeling disrespected, humiliated, and excluded. After this unfortunate encounter, I took the time to read through numerous reviews from other guests who have shared similar experiences. It became apparent that our encounter was not an isolated incident but rather a recurring pattern of discriminatory behavior employed by the bouncer at LOVE in Polanco. This realization further underscores the severity and concern surrounding the establishment's policies and practices. In light of our distressing encounter and the consistent reports of discrimination from various guests, we feel compelled to voice our experience loudly across online platforms. It is crucial to shed light on such issues and raise awareness among potential patrons who may unknowingly support establishments that promote discrimination. It is my hope that by sharing our experience, we can contribute to fostering a more inclusive and welcoming environment not only at LOVE in Polanco but also in the broader hospitality industry. Discrimination should have no place in any establishment, and it is our responsibility as consumers to hold businesses accountable for their actions. I sincerely urge LOVE in Polanco to take immediate and meaningful action to address these allegations of discrimination. An organization that prides itself on providing exceptional service and experiences should demonstrate a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination and actively work towards creating an inclusive atmosphere for all patrons. While our personal experience at LOVE in Polanco was disheartening, I remain optimistic that our collective efforts can bring about positive change and promote equality within the hospitality industry.

This place is complete garbage never come here. They treat foreign people very poorly, stay away. Please spend your time and money elsewhere. If you come here you'll be disappointed.

Nice place, great fun, beware of the checks though. Sundays & Wednesdays. Taxis outside are thieves, they have made the news twice and got one guy killed, always use uber or something.

Highly recommend coming here with some locals or regulars if you want to get in. The club isn’t so big. This is definitely a place to see and be seen. They run a tight door so good luck getting in and if you do, you most definitely will have fun even on a Wednesday night

Great food, music and service. Young vibe, the place is a bit too dark for my taste but it works with the theme. Quite exclusive; requires previous reservation and they reserve the entrance right.

The house DJ is absolute garbage he doesn't know how to mix. I will say the service is amazing but thatI wouldn't come back ever again. Just not a place to come. Go anywhere else!!!!

Very rude bouncer. Some days you can expect the entrance similar to a jungle. Just choose another place! The city have many others with better service ( and certainly more respectful with people!)

I would love to have some info about this place , but unfortunately the staff decide that I and my group were not handsome enough to enter the place ( I have never feel left out like this before ) but at the end, I am a believer that everything happens for a reason , so ............... “love” hope you enjoy the success that you deserve !!!! Garbage place, the “Guy” asked if we had a reservation which we did not and the guy asked us to “wait” and never came back. To add, this is the time when the place was empty. Would never go to this place again.

Colorist and elitist place as the other comments suggest. My friend and I, both POCs of color, were not let in past the third security checkpoint for not having a “reservation”. It was clear the club was empty, too. Meanwhile two Anglo people with no reservation and casual clothes were let in.

Reviews on the internet pointed to this as being a great place to be on a Wednesday.. Being a tourist, my gf and I dressed up and arrived before 11:45..about 6 ppl waiting in the lobby to be let into the club and the bouncers standing around in no hurry to let anybody in.. We waited for 15 minutes and left.. Club seems to want to be exclusive by making ppl wait unnecessarily

I think I was in a dream land😍🤩The music a mix of reggaeton and electronic just made my night.🤩 wished knew what was the name of dj?!!! Just lovely and respectful staff. Not a cute scene — they try to be way cooler than they are. Dead on a Friday night at 1 AM and they will still try to “see if you can get in with a reservation”. Would not recommended. Even if you’re hot dude

This old time nightclub is famous for it's wensday late night out. Is just the perfect place to enjoy night life in Mexico City, where all the trendy people goes if they want to go out. Is that special place where you can find all kind of famous people as well as cool trendy people with great music

The bouncers are rude and make you wait a long time

1. Even I had reservation I had to ask my friend to pick me up. The reservation control is almost nothing. Maybe if you are a white guy it may not happen. 2. I talked to some ladies there but the manager (?) prohibited me to talk to them. Instead that guy was hugging kissing the ladies. Simply it's a harassment. 3. The price is quite high but the quality of the service is equivalent to Tepito disco. You can enjoy here racism and Mexican machism. Go to Reforma discos interested here.

Nice place and very good drinks and music

We had just arrived from Chicago. Bouncer was very nice and understanding and let us in. We had a great night, music was great. We will definitely be going again.
