Millennium
Square.
It
is
a
municipal
park.
And
as
such
it
has
been
greatly
neglected,
it
has
needed
maintenance
for
years
to
prevent
its
formation
from
sinking.
This
square-park.
It
is
at
the
center
of
several
services,
such
as
the
Mpal
Red
Cross,
the
Mpal
Health
Center,
the
Church
of
San
Rafael,
the
Mpal
Wakes,
the
Administrative
Center
where
the
Civil
Registry
is
located
and
the
water
and
property
collection
units.
The
public
front
of
San
Rafael.
The
municipal
guardhouse.
To
the
north
with
the
social
security
clinic.
In
addition
to
one
of
the
three
social
centers
of
San
Rafael.
Also
counting
on
the
base
of
public
transport
vans.
This
Park-Plaza.
A
Park
is
divided
into
three
areas
that
have
small
bungalows
for
meals
and
meetings.
The
second
is
a
children's
play
and
exercise
area
that
is
completely
abandoned.
And
all
the
children's
games
are
almost
about
to
fall.
The
walking
track
is
deformed
and
in
many
parts
is
impassable.
The
last
section
is
made
up
of
a
Civic
Plaza
that
has
a
Kiosk
that
is
used
by
people
who
use
it
as
a
legal
office,
electronics
store,
and
seafood
store.
Some
Arches
that
resemble
an
aqueduct,
which
never
functioned,
falling
apart
today,
this
last
part
also
makes
up
a
stone
platform
that
today
is
the
one
that
presents
the
most
damage
due
to
its
deformation
and
sinking.
Until
a
couple
of
years
ago,
it
had
a
mast
that
served
as
a
Christmas
tree
and
which
has
been
abandoned.
In
general,
it
does
not
have
lighting,
because
many
of
its
streetlights
and
poles
are
down
or
unusable.
It
does
not
have
water.
It
does
not
have
public
or
sanitary
services.
The
floor
of
his
walkers
is
completely
falling
apart.
It
does
not
have
garbage
containers.
The
parking
area
is
completely
abandoned
and
without
any
type
of
security.
Despite
this,
it
is
still
used
by
residents
as
a
passage
to
their
homes,
or
as
a
center
for
public
and
political
meetings.
Even
though
the
state
of
this
Park-Plaza
is
regrettable.
