One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had and I've staying in a LOT of hotels around the world, from $1 a night to 100s a night. The staff was completely unprofessional and lied to me during my entire stay. Beyond the TV not working and the shower only having cold water, there was a party underneath my room which I was uninformed about at check-in. Not a little party but a massive one. The sound system was right under my room. I complained, was told I should suck it up and deal with it and that the music would be done by 10pm. The music didn't end until 2am. I complained throughout this time and I was told again and again to suck it up. I was in a park view room. It's not a park view room its a loud busy street room with windows that don't block any of the sound. Beyond all these horrible experiences the hotel itself is gross. I chose this place because of all the good reviews and I was baffled after my experience. Who is writing these reviews?! I will never stay here again, I left after 1 night of my 3 night booking.

The room was stunning, and the views were top notch. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is excellent if you want to spend a lot of time in the bosque (and it's very close to many good neighborhoods as well).

Beautiful room but you can see the age of the hotel here and there. I would rate higher, but the mattress is thin and hard and the pillows flat. Also, if you have a room that is next to the street you will need Ambien because the traffic noise never stops. The noise is horrible.

This is a marvellous hotel. We were here 7 nights. The staff could not have been more helpful with booking tours, discovering fine restaurants and with good advice. The park right across the street buffers the traffic noise you’ll experience at most of the fine Mexico City hotels in Historico. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Hotel is very average in what it has to offer, we had a huge window from bathroom to the bedroom that had a curtain that wouldn't close because it wasn't put in place right, so it made the whole stay really awkward. Interiors are very sad - "new trying to be old" style. Breakfast took us forever every morning although they had twice as many people on the floor than customers. First night heard people having sex from another room, which is whatever, but tells me something about how sound isolation isn't doing it's job. One of the days shower was cold. And last but not least - got 250$ stolen from my bag, which I really hope whoever took them, needed them more than I did.

Well located, probably not the best from walking distances standpoint, but Uber works and is inexpensive enough to make it a great deal. Facilities are ample, clean, quiet despite the proximity to a main route. Continental breakfast included could definitely improve as it is nothing more than butter, roasts and jams. Ruperto is a great valet / bellman taking care of you on the way in and out from the hotel. Free parking available. Best to book directly with them vs online booking systems

I've stayed here several times, and I highly recommend you do as well. It is a great hotel. The staff is extremely welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The staff and accommodations make me feel at home during every stay. The hotel is a pleasant refuge after spending time out and about in this bustling mega metropolis. Though often chaotic, I love Mexico City - the amazing and cosmopolitan political, cultural, and economic center of Mexico. The Green Park's location is perfect, somewhat off the beaten path but close to upscale neighborhoods, gourmet restaurants, and important sights in this historic city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely appointed, and the bathrooms are huge with large showers and bathtubs, which my wife found quite relaxing. I've always had a room overlooking Chapultepec Park with a balcony and a beautiful view. Rooms with park views are the only way to go. The entire hotel is welcoming, clean, and well maintained. I've stayed in several Mexico City hotels, but the Green Park is my favorite. It's my go to home away from home in Mexico City.

wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, there is not the smallest mistake with their service. the exquisite food. highly recommended both for a small output as a place to finish business.

Unhelpful and terribly rude staff at the reception. They didn't want to offer me coffee in the morning because I lost a little piece of paper for my paid breakfast for two. Made me waste two hours of my morning. I only wanted coffee for one guest and they refused despite the fact they never told me I had to keep the piece of paper. Very bad taste and bad service for a five star hotel. Will not come back.

Spacious rooms, well decorates but hard, thin matress was not comfortable and Wifi was spotty and slow. Ordered room services for breakfast and never came. Decided to go out for breakfast instead... Only got a half hearted apology from the front desk attendant.

What blew me away was the attentiveness of the staff, their customer service & the food. The customer service i experienced here by every single one of the staff members is unmatched! We started our day by having breakfast at the hotels “The View Restaurant” our hotel stay included a continental breakfast consisting of fruit, toast, juice, and coffee. I also ordered eggs Benedict. For dinner I ordered a mouth watering Medium rare prime rib with baked potato spinach and cream! An excellent choice. Mexico City is incredibly busy, so having a hotel that provides a relaxing feel is a must for me. The hotel is well located close to all major sights including Chapultepec Castle, park and anthropology museum. The food: delicious! I recommend the hotels restaurant “the view” as well as the roof top bar “business lounge” also a great place for pictures. The rooms: spacious with balconies and pretty views of Chapultepec park or the patio. The ambiance: European luxury The staff: excellent, attentive, above and beyond.

Great experience with genuinely friendly and helpful staff. The suite was well appointed and service was excellent for food and housekeeping. It must be a fantastic place when it's busy and more people are there to liven up the cocktail lounge and restaurants although nice to have mostly to ourselves.

Looking for a relaxing first night in Mexico City, we were overjoyed with the Green Park Hotel. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere of kind hospitality and calmness was palpable. We went for the budget option and did not opt into the park view. I thought I would regret that, but the layout of the hotel lends itself very well to still feeling airy and full of light even on the interior spaces. Honestly, with the proximity to the park and all its wonderful museums, our only regret was only staying here one night.

This hotel is fine. The location is great and everything is comfortable enough, but none of the services advertised online were available. No complementary breakfast, shuttle from airport, welcome drink, or any of the other details that made us want to book our stay. You can do worse, but if you’re looking for a semi-fancy or extra fancy hotel experience, this is not it. Really uncomfy mattresses too! The green park hotel has seen better days.
