What a unique pulque tasting experience right off the highway. Would recommend as some of the best pulque you will have in the area. There are a wide variety of flavors and a relaxing beer garden atmosphere.

The owner of this humble and cute Pulque restaurant/bar, Israel, is supremely knowledgeable and welcoming. He's excellent at making a sales pitch without coming across as a salesman. His service alone GUARANTEES that I'll be back, and the Pulque is EXCELLENT on top of that!!! They use ingredients from their garden that he's more than happy to show you, and you can taste the authenticity, so refreshing! We stopped by because a local recommended it. I only intended to get pulque to go, and head out. Expected to be there 5 minutes tops. We ended up staying for 2 hours!!! And get this. I casually asked "is there karaoke around here?" He says "we'll set it up for you here, sing for us please!" How could a resist the invitation? Great guy, great place, great Pulque!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

An authentic pulqueria with great food. The owner gave us a good explanation of how pulque is made, then offered us samples by drinking the pulque from a folded cactus leaf. A unique and delicious experience!

The worst place we’ve ever been to. We were rushed to order, weren’t given a chance to look over the menu & expected to order right away. We ordered coffee & guacamole as starters—did not receive any food or update for 45 minutes! We were starving after the pyramids!! The staff was just standing there on their phones, we were about to just leave entirely. Also, we were the ONLY CUSTOMERS! When the food arrived, it was freezing cold & honestly the worst food I have ever had. The meat was disgusting, frijoles so salty, sopes burnt, rice no flavor, even the salsa & guacamole were gross. Plus, our coffee came after we were already disgusted with our food & after reminding them—of course, the coffee tasted like chemicals. Truly the worst experience for so much money.
