I'm from Texas and I was so excited to take my cousin to one of my favorite restaurants "Olive Garden". When I got there the hostess was very polite with us. He said that we need a QR to see the menu and we told him that we didn't have it our phones, so he said that the waitress can help us with that. We where sitting for several minutes (only 3 tables were occupied), until the waitress came and we explain we didn't have the QR our phones to see the menu. He was very rude and he said there no way we can eat there. Another waitress step by (very nice and helpful girl), and she trying to look for the QR reader on the phone but she couldn't find it. So we decided to walk out. By the exit we were stop by the manager and she asked why we were leaving and we explained everything. She said that she can print some menus for us but we didn't feel comfortable any more. We left and we went to "Cheese Cake Factory". When we left my cousin explain to me that is appearance of the people. It wasn't planned to go there. We were walking the whole day. Visiting museums and walking in "el centro". I may try one more time to go there, I hope we get treated in a better way next time.

Food is below average, nothing compared to the USA chains. Staff is very pushy when it comes to ordering wine or appetizers. Salad is ok, soups are blend. The capellini pomodoro was ok, nothing to be excited about. Some items of the menu were out of stock. The venue was loud due to TVs and it was hot. Not the greatest Italian choice.

I don't recommend, staff aren't very friendly, food wasn't that good and they didn't want to accommodate. If you're use to olive garden in the states you'll probably be disappointed by this one.

Stopped by for a taste of home (US) and was not disappointed. Bottomless soup, salad, raspberry lemonade, and breadsticks dipped in Alfredo made my day. My waitress, Lili, easily provided the best resturant service I have encountered in all of Mexico. If I have the opportunity to return, I will most certainly request her as my waitress again.

The place is nicely lit and has an airy feeling. However, the service is the worst, the slowest ever. Obviously, the server has no idea how to serve or to eat. I had to ask for water and wine so many times, they came as the meal was over. The food is mediocre, and the prices aren’t cheap at all. In any case, the prices couldn’t be cheap enough for this cheap service. Any comida corrida place could had better food and better service, I guess the location and the name is what keeps them alive.

Nice restaurant with reasonable prices. I like the fact that you can have how much salad or soup as you want. The chicken margherita was really tasty. I recommend it. I didn't too much their wine. The dessert we ordered was so big that we were relief being three to eat it .

Dry and uninspired Italian cuisine. The food was average and kinda cold, the taste was simple at best and all the pasta that had sauce was dry. Way too expensive for the food served there.

Tasty for Mexicans, but very fatty for tourists. The bread with butter, the rice with butter, the fish with butter

👍👍 Don’t let the line outside fool you! Restaurant has a lot of seating, waited only about 15 minutes outside. Sat down and enjoyed a great authentic meal. Everything I tried was so delicious!
