The service and the room are both nice. The food is great! Eating in the hotel is definitely recommended. The only downside was the room gets a little stuffy when we return from outside since there's no ac. Other than that, everything was good. We had a great time staying there.

Worst hotel we stayed at during our month long trip in Mexico. Smells like sewer. Advertised online rate is half of what they charge you at check in. I attempted to make an online booking and they told me not too. When I arrived they wanted double the price that was advertised online. I eventually paid as breakfast was included. We arrived for breakfast at 7am and the waiters weren’t there. They arrived at 715 and not real eager to serve. We left after 20 minutes after only receiving coffee. Horrible place, horrible service.

The best place to stay if you're planning to see the Teotihuacan Pyramids it's only 7 minute didi taxi or uber away and the food is magnificent!

Even though our Spanish is limited, the staff were amazing at interpreting our needs and provided an amazing experience for the single night and morning we were there. Hotel del Sol, operated like a five star hotel...breakfast was wonderful and we were able to get to Tetutiachaun pyramids for only 25 pesos. We wish we could have stayed another day...but Guadalajara and Focal Tonel were calling...the only downside to the stay was a leak around the shower stall that created a fair sized puddle in the bathroom.

If you're traveling to Teotihuacan, don't stay at the Quinto sol. This hotel has terrible customer service 1. no cable accessible 2. The lobby is not accessible for customers 3. The pool is closed at 7 pm 4. we asked for hot water and ice. The response was that we had to consume at the restaurant 5. The "manager" had no skills at all

Attended to the restaurant, Nice place to rest, and well attended, green mole was great, I totally recommend Hotel Quinto Sol, since early 2000's for family stances, I Like a Lot you don't need a room for services like the pool

The first thing that comes to mind about the hotel is that it is kept immaculately clean. The staff is friendly, and the food in the restaurant is pretty darn good. Can't think of any reason not to stay here again.

Quiet hotel with a Motel at the back. It borders the pyramids park, but thou close by, it is plagued by traffic entering or leaving the village of San Juan. Staff was friendly and the amenities adequate for my stay, as used only for sleeping whilst ballooning and walking the pyramids. Also only 10 minutes walk to the city center. Handy for the market. Very Mexican

We arrived and my kids immediately wanted to play on the playground, we were so excited until I found a razor blade on the ground next to the swings. I turned it in to the lobby and the receptionist didn’t apologize or offer to go check for more. We then decided to use the lobby since we got 3 separate rooms as a family. We ordered hot water so we could all drink our own coffee and tea while we talked. I was told the lobby was for waiting and my room was for consumption. However if you purchased coffee from them the lobby would be open for consumption. The manager is extremely rude, stay somewhere else because he won’t take your complaints into consideration and claims all issues are out of his control. To add to this when we got to our rooms the tv wasn’t working. So keep in mind lobby isn’t for lounging, playground isn’t in their control to keep safe, and rooms don’t have all amenities you are paying for in working conditions.

👍 Alquilé la que tiene jacuzzi muy amplia y limpia., Trata de reservar antes porque se llena, el personal es súper amable.
