Clean room and nice staff. VERY loud all day and all night. HOT: no air conditioner nor a simple fan. Shower has dangerous Sharp corner (cut my foot) and is glass ( no privacy... None), the WiFi is horrible and is worthless for business or recreation, the pool is dirty and unheated, no hot water, no housekeeping service during stay, etc.

The hotel oversold the rooms, the personal who attend us was drunken and they did not respect the reservation. Moreover, they did not give us any solution to the problem. The facilities seems to be in perfect condition, but the personal who attend the guest are not the best.

The only benefits are the location- 10 minutes walking distance from the pyramids, and the decent breakfast. The bar next door played extremely loud music until about 4 am. The WiFi is not reliable. The bathroom was dirty. There was no hot water. The staff was nice, but not very helpful. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Excellent place, great price, great food, 10 min walk to the pyramid. Their is a disco next door. So loud music at night, did not bother me or my family at all. Would highly recommend.

The staff was super friendly, beautiful hotel, clean room. The continental breakfast was amazing with the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had in my life and also included coffee, bread, pastries, fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice. A lot of these reviews say it’s noisy but we stayed during the week and it was completely quiet and peaceful. Also it’s a 15 min walk to the pyramids so you can’t beat the location. The only downside was that the WiFi was spotty and often didn’t work. The bar next door was quiet and really beautiful if you are looking for a place to go. Would recommend El Jaguar to anyone going to the pyramids.

Convenient place to stay near the pyramids. Nice staff (you need to speak Spanish). Rooms are clean and the restaurant is good.

Location was perfect, 5 stars. It was very loud, the shower was not nice and the bed was not very comfortable.
