We stayed in one of their King ‘suites’. The entrance to the room is right in the reception area. Kind of weird when you walk out of your room and there’s the receptionist. The people working there are really nice and helpful. The room, and I mean one room, was clean and presentable. But, it is one room, as in the shower and toilet are in the same room. The only separation for the shower and the toilet are shower doors for both. There’s no privacy. Overall, the room was clean although the bedspread needed to be washed. This might be the best option for Teotihuacan.

Sinceramente el hotel es bueno agradable y todo pero muy caro para lo q contiene, por ese precio puedes encontrar algo igual o mejor cerca de las pirámides o con alberca

Excelente lugar la verdad muy centrico, algo caro para las amenidades q tiene, pero agradable y sin molestia en la noche

Lugar agradable, habitación limpia y confortable, excelente atención del personal, nos tocó el inconveniente de que no había agua caliente pero en 20 minutos lo resolvieron, no hay estacionamiento

Muy buen servicio, el hotel es cómodo, solo que en la habitación donde nos quedamos la recamara estaba un poco incómoda, todo lo demás exelente

Buena atención y limpieza, solo falta retomar los mantenimientos, tiene fugas de agua.

Con lo necesario para descansar. Muy buen lugar.
