The singer and the excessively high volume of her mic shattered a probably beautiful experience into pieces. If you like to be shouted while trying to enjoy your dinner/breakfast this is your place. Shameful. Nasty.

The foul sewage smell across the street was pungent. Its next to a sewage spot and you breath it every single day. If you have hot flashes or suffer from menopause don't come here because the rooms are non ventilated with a poor A/C. The only positive about this place was having the shopping mall across the street. The staff are whatevers. The only nice individual that went above and beyond for us was the cleaning lady named MS. Suzy. I asked her for a fan and she brought me one. The front desk basically told me to to buy one because I had made a complaint about my room being hot. Overall my experience here was terrible. First time here. And last time.

Great location: just steps from mall. Clean and quiet rooms, had two kinds of pillows (soft & hard). Staff was very helpful. I didn't try the food, but the hotel has a restaurant with limited options for 24hrs room service.

Decent . Very close to the mall decent rooms decent beds excellent dining and coffee options within walking distance. Just a little bit north of Mexico City very good dining options just off the interstate not a bad option if you're working a little bit north of Mexico City

I am back in the hotel and it always keep the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. I was at another hotel for a week and I was counting the days to get out of there. I came here and the service is as good as I remember. Thank you for your great service.

Is the first time It happen to me that a hotel doesn't have phone service available at night! I thought a hotel has this kind of attention 24 hrs . I just arrived to airport and I was wondering to get in your hotel because it seems you have good service but I couldn't communicate at this time. Your line was turned off. I tried several times. Its really a shame

Similar as any other Fiesta Inn, once you get inside the hotel, the restaurant is located after the front desk. The elevators are right confront the front desk. However, in this Fiesta, the bar and the restaurant are divided by a wall, the view is not shared between them. The location of the hotel, is aside Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, in Plaza las Americas. It is easy to go to Texcoco, Ixtapaluca, Tizayuca, Cuahutitlan from this point, because of the highway. The furniture inside the rooms, looks not new enough (a bit old), but even do, it is comfortable enough. Wifi signal is good enough for watching videos. I haven't used the laundry at this time here, but one of my colleges had issues with this service: the laundry was not delivered to his room. The parking lot of this hotel is part of the mall Plaza las Americas and seems to be a bit crowded here. There are several bars inside the mall the also share the parking lot. Now a days, one of the streets to access which is next to the hotel is under repair, during the night it might be a bit confusing to drive and try to enter to the mall by the entrances near the hotel (a lot of traffic and poor lights on the streets).

We came be cause there was a pool I have a 4 year old with me. The water was freezing. I take her to get a shower no hot water in the hotel very warm. Me and another adult tried to get a shower no hot water at all. 130 am alarm goes off. I call front desk n was accused of smoking we don’t smoke. The room a no smoke room , has burn marks on dressers and stains on floor. I want a refund I paid 2 days up front.

My stay was horrible, I do not recommend this hotel at all, and all because of a simple document that is incredible to me to think that in this age full of technology the hotel does not have the ability to solve it instantly. the biggest complaint is about the lousy response from the hotel manager: Leonardo Israel Pérez. I had to wait more than 24 hours to receive the invoice, for this I had to call many times and send wholesale emails. What bothers me the most is their lack of commitment to solve the problem, justifying that the SAT system (for MEXICO taxes) had an update and for this reason the invoices were not issued. He still sends me his customer satisfaction survey and of course I make sure I respond appropriately to the level of his service (POOR SERVICE). Later, he only contacted me by mail, even though I sent him my telephone number to solve the problem together, and he did not have the courage to call me, he only addressed me by mail. This is demeaning for a person who has a managerial position. In the end and after several calls they sent me the invoice in a bad way since I had to send them the company's tax certificate. Due to this situation, I do not recommend this hotel and its lousy management service, which is a shame that even Mexicans are not capable of taking their responsibility and seriousness in their work.

Worst hotel stay ever. Power went out daily. Elevator did not work, there was no central heat in room. Had to rent a safe workplace outside of the hotel just to have reliable internet. And worse, after notifying personnel I was contacted by the hotel manager, Mr Perez, but he never replied to my email message outlining the mishaps. Definitely would not recommend.
