I loved it. Cozy, great mattress, excellent wifi, safe, quiet, reasonable prices (I paid around USD 18/night). Don Fer, the owner is always happy to please. I also met a couple of lovely women very focused on customer service and always following COVID-19 sanitary protocols. Some rooms have a shared bathroom, some others don't, and everything is really clean. My room lacked some electrical outlets, but not big deal, just keep it in mind. Also, fire detectors everywhere. I got happily surprised to have a nice TV with Netflix built in. Very closed to the Sun Pyramid. They don't offer breakfast now due to the pandemia, but there are several options around, walking distance. Safe drinkable water available at the lobby. 100% recommended.

Stayed here in November of 2022. Good location, good prices, cute area, friendly staff, nice dogs that happened to be on the property. Unfortunately, the bathroom in my hotel room smelled absolutely horrible (like a strong mildew type of odor) and I happened to have a nasty case of food poisoning while staying there so that made me feel so much worse 😅 There were no bedside tables, charging our phones was really awkward. A hook or something to hang small bags, jackets, etc would’ve also been nice

We came to town for the hot air balloon rides. Hotel Fer was the perfect place to stay. Look for the green metal gates, Google will take you too far down the road. Clean rooms, nice hot water, very kind and patient staff. They helped us out greatly! Interior private parking area. The mattress is quite firm in the king suite, though we are finding that it's common in most places we have stayed in the greater Mexico City area. We recommend Hotel Fer!

Small hotel, perfect location, comfortable bed, and very friendly personnel. The pyramids are within walking distance from the hotel. If you arrive with the bus in Teotihuacán, take an Uber to the hotel and not a taxi, way cheaper. We stayed at Hotel Fer to go with the hot air balloon in the early morning, and the staff helped us with the transport as Uber was not available and walking to Sky Balloons was not recommended.

Such a great place! The owner and the staff were so kind and helped us a lot. Perfect for visiting the ruins and because it is so close you can easily avoid the crowds. Also very convenient for the hot air balloon ride or to leave your car in a safe and convenient place to visit Mexico City like we did.

We stayed one night before sunrise balloons flight. Huge room and shower, breakfast for $80 MXN per person. Owner Fer is so kind and friendly, he offered a ride from the bus stop and helped to organize the hot air balloons. I like Teotihuacán and their restaurants as Cueva and La Gruta, plan your day to visit them. Also you can just walk around and see the amazing Pyramids view from the road, try fresh cactus fruits called “las tunas” and take some nice pictures with huge cactuses and maguey. Love this place.
