When I arrived the launching place I realized I was the ONLY person to fly. But they did all preparations and welcome as usual I think. One balloon operator and the captain Abe me, total three persons. My captain was a young man Constantino Benitez, he insisted me call him Tino. A very nice person. He did not over interrupt your appreciation of the pyramids, but whenever I needed him, he’s always ready and happy to help. He took pictures for me, pointed and explained the structures below. I don’t speak Spanish, but he tried his very best to communicate with English. It’s a very unique experience during my 37-day travel in Mexico. After we landed smoothly, I was taken to Gran Teocalli restaurant for breakfast. It’s a wonderful buffet. Then I was taken back to my hotel. I don't recommend this company for english speakers The tour was disorganized and since no one spoke English, I had trouble understanding what was happening, where to go, and what the schedule was. If you are super fluent in Spanish, this is not an issue. For someone coming from the US with only about 1 year worth of Spanish in class, I was often left guessing what was happening and what was next. Additionally, the tour took us to a craft shop for 30-40 min which was to encourage us to purchase items in addition to the tour. This was not a great use of time and clearly meant to support their affiliates. Otherwise, the hot air balloon ride itself was great and I loved our pilot who made me feel very safe. I wish I received more communication on what to wear, since it was FREEZING cold.

Incredible experience start to finish. Friendly pick up at 5:30am sharp. When you arrive at the facility there is coffee while you wait.
