I
sent
that

never
answered:

I
want
to
express
my
total
disagreement
and
displeasure
with
the
lack
of
attention
and
ethics
that
you
have
shown
as
a
Professional.
During
the
consultation
you
told
me
that
I
could
contact
the
prescription
telephone
numbers
if
I
had
questions
and
when
I
did
so
via
WhatsApp,
not
only
did
I
not
get
a
response,
Otherwise
I
had
to
call
the
clinic
twice
only
to
be
told
that
I
have
to
pay
for
a
consultation
again
if
I
want
you
to
answer
me,
even
though
one
of
those
questions
is
of
utmost
importance
not
only
for
my
daughter's
health,
but
for
her.
medical
history
and
reputation,
since
my
daughter's
side
effects
from
the
medication
have
intensified,
which
according
to
information
on
the
subject
should
be
reported
to
the
treating
doctor
urgently
for
modification
of
the
dose
or
suspension
of
treatment
and
you
only
give
the
implicitly
knowing,
through
the
receptionist,
that
the
only
thing
she
is
interested
in
is
monetary
gain
and
that
by
default
she
is
not
even
sure
of
the
diagnosis.
I
regret
that
now
that
she
is
beginning
her
professional
career
she
gives
so
little
attention
to
her
patients
who
are
the
ones
who
ultimately
recommend
her
and
in
the
long
run
will
help
her
establish
herself
as
a
reliable
professional;
Obviously
I
will
not
return
to
your
consultation,
much
less
recommend
it,
in

to
the
fact
that
I
am

to
insist
on
reporting

a
