This is literally the worst cup of coffee I've ever tasted. Hot water from the tap would've been better then whatever they handed me was. I wish I could give 0

Shamefully understaffed so no matter how hard the baristas work there's always a huge wait. I'm shocked the workers here didn't unionize yet given the horrible working conditions.

The place is pretty rundown. Needs to be cleaned and maintained. There was no line and it took a few minutes to be greeted. The place seems understaffed. Having a 3rd employee would definitely help the place. The food presentation was bad. I ordered a sandwich and the bun was not placed correctly so the cheese melted it out of place. The sandwich fell apart as I tried to fix it. It tasted like a cheap microwavable sandwich you can find at safeway. Took a while for my beverage to be made. The beverage did not taste anything like what I had ordered. I live down the street but I'd rather take a little drive to phils than go to starbucks or peets. Definitely a waste of $12. A shame these places aren't what they used to be.

Your normal Starbucks, with plenty of patrons at all hours out in the patio area. The small tables are large enough to work at, with convenient power outlets. Service is fast and polite. There is also a path next door to the backstreet, making parking here more convenient than other Grand Avenue locations.

Decent sized Starbucks great customer service, also nice sized patio and perfectly placed downtown. I really like the simplicity of this one.

Possibly the worst Starbucks I've visited. The kids behind the counter were having a lot of fun with playtime, but it was embarrassing for anyone expecting a professional business. After 10 minutes, they hadn't started my order, and stared at me with that blank livestock gaze, untrained and uncaring. It must really suck to work here. But to you folks who are failing at this simple job, I feel sorry for your future.

Frappuccino with espresso shots are my go-to in the morning. Unfortunately, those aren't on the menu for door dash delivery. However, there is an Iced Shaken Espresso that can be customized to fit your taste. I added caramel, upside down espresso, topped with Irish creme cold foam. Delivered in sealed bag, freshly made, and ready to enjoy. Recommend? Oh, yes!

The staff refused me to use the restroom because they already cleaned it and don't want to clean again. It was 2 hours before store closure.

Came here before picking up daughter at the Airport. This is at the Grand Ave SSF location, near many Latin and Asian restaurants and grocery stores. It's clean and the staff is nice. They got one of my orders wrong, it's minor, I ordered the Pumpkin Cheesecake muffin, but I got the blueberry muffin instead. Oh well, it still tasted good.🤭

Terrible customer service and very inefficient, don't come here if you're in a rush. There's a Starbucks only 5 min away from this location that is much better, they actually care and move through things efficiently, not like this store. Also a bunch of sketchy people hang out around Grand Ave especially in front of this Starbucks, so be prepared to get possibly harassed while going in and out of the store. Yikes.

Basic coffee for the masses. Not amazing but not bad. Also had a breakfast sandwich here. Did the job. Consistently average

Drink was made fast and tasted great. The tables were very far apart, and the seating was very spacious.

They make it perfect every time!! 💕💕 and my order is specific.. I don’t deserve these baristas

Went to this location since google said it was open until 8:30. NOPE! The store was locked BEFORE 8pm. The person working didn’t know why their hours were wrong and only could say that the sign on the door says they close at 8pm. Funny thing is it wasn’t even 8pm yet. Went out of our way to go to this location because we didn’t want to be the people that walked into another right before they closed. Waste of our time and gas.

Service was slightly slow as they were short-handed be polite to the workers as they are doing what they can.

I love that there is an outdoor sitting area and that you can just sort of chill inside or outside of this location.

My almond latte was the best I've had in a long time! Also the young men who were working that day were great. I was having trouble with my app and the young man who rang me up helped me. Your lucky to have such a patient and friendly employee. Thank You Starbucks for such wonderful employees!

It was easy in and out at this location, also close by the Advantage Car Rental. Coffee was same as usual, banana today was a bit too green, we also ordered 3 Cheese Danish, it was sitting at the inside counter for almost 10 minutes with out calling (that's why I deducted 1 star)

I love coming here every morning. The staff always give me the warmest smiles even when their crazy busy. There is a Starbucks closer to my house but I go a bit further for this one because they always make my drink right!!! Thanks for always making my mornings special.

Fine to just pick something up but this is probably the most run down, sad starbucks I've ever been to. Only came because peets was closed and needed to get some work done. Furniture and atmosphere is all damaged/old/missing, not a great vibe. SSF needs better coffee shops

This place was my worst Starbucks experience. Placed a mobile order and arrived at the store for pick up. Waited 25 minutes and they hadn't started my order. I told them i had been waiting long time here and they just told me to wait. Finally i saw my drink was ready and was put on the counter but still no staff called my name... I had to grab my drink myself through that small window... If you want a "no service" Starbucks experience, this store is where you want to go
