My husband bought an Armani sports coat and left it be tailored. It was sent 2 weeks later in a box not wrapped or covered… (dust, water, etc) not even the right hanger. It was left at our door without a “sign for” Nordstrom ~ you guys are slipping...

This is a lovely department store which has stood the test of time. Very classy atmosphere and clothing brands. They seem to have everything from shoes too supplies for babies. I have a very classy selection of men’s clothing and accessory such as belts and ties. I miss the old days when I used to have a live piano player near the escalator, I sure hope they decide to bring them back.

Will absolutely shop at any other Nordstrom and prefer to fly to San Diego or drive to San Francisco than here. Why do I shop for shoes and when I ask a woman to help she replies "well it's not my department but I will try" when everyone else is avoiding us and on their phones. I feel like I inconvenience to them for asking for one pair of shoes. Or when a lady is coughing in my face and starts trying to verbally attack me for asking her to move, to which the worker replies "well she was going to spend a lot of money". The worst experience every time except for the select few employees who are kind.

Had a great experience with Zayra! She was very kind and helped me through the holiday pressure to find the perfect gift for my sister. I have little to no experience with makeup and she was able to explain and show me the different types of products that would best suit my sister. I would recommend going to Nordstrom’s makeup department for the best help to find any products from makeup to skincare!

Very well kept, plenty of employees to assist, Security is well managed, parking can be tough, but you just have to be ready to walk if the lot is full. Employees are attentive and friendly, always ready to assist. The parking lot is well lit for evening shopping. P.D and Mall security are in prime locations, that's important to me.

Quality is what you can count on at Nordstrom. Always have the latest trendy looks & lots of selections. I love the shoe department here. A nice place for makeup or finding casual to dressy clothing made from good fabrics. The best place for a bra fitting. Forget Victoria secret & come here. The dressing rooms are so nice and the staff will go.out of their way to help you. Alterations are offered at a reasonable rate with purchase. Keep your receipts if you dont like it or it didn't work. They are very reasonable about returns. One of my favorite stores to shop at.

This location has a great selection for just about anything you're looking for since it's a larger store. As usual, the stuff are generally very friendly and willing to help.

It would be great if I could shop for a purse without immediately being followed and hovered over like I'm a criminal. No offer to help, just incredibly obvious following as she needlessly picked up and put down items on the same shelves I was looking on, and a sneer as I walked away. I was prepared to spend a few thousand dollars today, but I'll take my business to the luxury stores in the mall that treat their customers with respect and provide a quality shopping experience. If I see Heidi on the sales floor in future visits, I'll be turning around.
