This is my new favorite nursery in the Sacramento area!!! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the plants are very well cared for. The prices were the lowest out of any nursery I’ve been to so far. And these plants are worth every penny. EVERY single plant seemed to be thriving and there was a large variety to choose from. They also had info cards detailing the lighting, water schedule, and if it was safe for pets. Highly recommend Green Acres!!

We are very loyal customers and visit at least 2-3 times a week. The employee who always stands out is Natalie. She is always there! Her personality is amazing, she is approachable and so very knowledgeable. My Mom had recently passed in March and the last gift she gave me was a gift cert from Green Acres. The note said "hope you can buy something cool with this". So I bought this tree. Within a few weeks the inner leaves had turned yellow. I was so worried I was killing this tree. I took a photo and went to see Natalie. She was so kind and helpful to give advice and find a tree expert. Turns out, I was overwatering it. Today, it looks beautiful and each time I see it, I remember my Mom. Thank you for the great service.

I didn't interact with any staff except the cashier when leaving. The place is clean, plants are well cared for, big variety of plants and trees. The prices are too high for pots and amenities though. Over all I like this franchise.

I have bought over 30 fruit and citrus trees from here. Incredible trees. If you have any problems no questions asked and you can return within one year or replace tree. My fruit harvest is amazing because of great soil, fertilizer and watering system. Yearly pruning by experts, a must. I have urban Blue Rooster Farm in my backyard. Self sustaining system. Once you plant correctly they pretty much take care of themselves because of quality of trees and soil, fertilizer and irrigation. My passion.

Where do I begin!?! I’ve been to all the other locations but this one takes the gold! I live closer to the EG location but if I’m looking for something in particular or have a question I will come here instead! All the staff here are so nice and knowledgeable and really welcoming! I would like to single out a particular employee here I believe her name is Luisa I want to say but she’s been very helpful every single time! She’s my go to person! She’s helped me pick out many plants and trees and always helps select the best plant or tree out for me! Every time she sees me she asks how my plants and trees are doing and always lets me know of any new plants they have gotten or in store specials! I feel eg has more plants at times but at this point I’d rather deal with the friendlier staff!

I simply adore this place! When it comes to getting my soil, there's nowhere else quite like it. But what truly sets it apart is the fact that I can bring along my beloved doodle. Oh, the joy it brings to my heart seeing her wagging tail as we explore the outdoors together! The atmosphere here is simply wonderful, catering to both garden enthusiasts and their furry companions. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making our visits even more delightful. I couldn't ask for a better experience! If you're a nature lover with a furry friend by your side, I cannot recommend this place enough. Trust me, it will bring a smile to your face and warmth to your heart. Go on, give it a try!

Absolutely love this place. Much better selection than the big chain stores. Found a product called “squirrel mace” that really does keep them out of your plants! Also got an awesome huge planter for our nectarine tree!

Very handicap accessible! Most people don’t bother, but they do! The plants and people tending them are all very nice.

Great selections of plants. I had been hunting down Pink Jasmine in the Bay Area for months with no avail, but this place has plenty! I got one for myself and one for my friend. If you can't find the plants you want, come check Green Acres out!

Employees here are amazing. Not as big as others but still one of favorite locations.

My wife and I visit this location at least once a month. We live just down the road and are so happy to have this super nice nursery near us! The staff are so amazingly nice. Parking can get crowded but there is always a spot. Prices are a little more than the big box stores, but I'm always willing to pay them to support a local business and because the service is 10x better.

A favorite nursery to go too. Always busy, Their plants are healthy, lots of variety and help. Very knowledgeable, plenty to choose from pottery, water fountains, garden art. Stocked well with whatever your garden needs

Super nursery. Great diversity and quality of plants. We are working to convert to a more drought tolerant yard and they have a fantastic selection. Got a great start on this project here.

Massive nursery with a huge selection of plants and everything else you can possibly need for your gardening and landscape needs. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful, prices are great too. Highly recommend!

The place was awesome! Such a large selection of flowers and plants. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful , going out of their was to answer questions and direct my Dad to the things he was looking for. We will definitely return!! Thanks!!
