've been coming here for a few months and my gel nails always last at least 3 weeks! No chipping or peeling. All the ladies here are great, super nice and gentle! Today I had Lisa and Jessica for my nails and a pedicure. They were awesome! I love that no matter how busy or slow it is, they do their best to do both your manicure and pedicure at the same time! I wasn't sure on a color today, and I am so happy they persuaded me to go a little darker. Looks so good for the Fall :) highly recommend Sally's Spa if you're in Burlingame!

Sally’s spa did a fabulous job on my mani/pedi. I love that they include the paraffin wax treatment in the pedicure. They were patient and meticulous with the design I had chosen for my manicure.

I previously had written a nicer review but today I had my third & last visit to the salon. I like to give chances in case someone is having a bad day but this place just sucks. Everytime I have left which is 3 times in the last month, something has been wrong with each set of nails / pedi. - The nail techs are sloppy. Sarah especially. - They use the wrong grit file on natural nails it’s way too abrasive and harsh. - The staff are oddly rude & then nice & back to rude. My latest gel mani (pink pics) has different coloured spots where the gel must be separated. This was noticeable the second I got into my car & had Taylor bothered to look at my nails she might have seen that. Even though the same colour gel was used, you can see the colour does not match as her 2nd & 3rd layers were not evenly placed over the previous. I won’t be returning which is a shame as it’s right on my street.

Super clean and friendly! Came in for a pedicure and gel manicure during the holidays, it was busy but they got me seated quickly. They have a very good color selection and lots of pedicure seats. They were able to take care of everything in a fast and efficient, without making me feel rushed. My nails look fantastic, I love them.

I took my wife and daughter here for her birthday and they did an excellent job at getting us in and everyone was super satisfied with the Mani, Pedi, and massage!

Amazing people, super professional and kind. They exactly did my nails how I wanted them to be.

I had a wedding to go to and wanted to make myself more presentable. I was able to make an appointment easily by calling in and who i presume to be the owner was really nice. I got my eye brows waxed and got a much needed manicure since i work in the construction field. The staff were very social and provided water or tea on request. Overall it was a much needed makeover and I will be back when I need to freshen up.

Went in for a wax. The staff was polite, but the service was not great. I was left with cuts and bruises on my lip.

Love this salon!!! Super clean and they can do so many different designs! I have been looking for a place to do the matte look, and they can!!! Here are photos of some of what they offer!! Everyone there is so nice and accommodating!! They get super busy, so I would recommend making appointments!

This woman is absolutely amazing! I schedule manicures with her on a regular basis and each time I am very satisfied. Very professional and clean. Very beautiful woman! Definitely recommend giving it a try
