Great customer service, the facility nice. I had a Brazilian wax but still had to go home and pull a pluck left over hairs which the technician should have seen. For the price the service should have been done correctly.

Heather is my favorite waxer I’ve ever used. She is so sweet, professional, easy to talk to, and calming. She’s a girl’s girl and I feel so comfortable getting my monthly Brazilian with her, which cannot be said for all waxers! Not super thrilled. Had my brows done and she didn’t really shape them or clean them up enough…kind of a waste of $30. Didn’t talk to me or ask any questions at all. Should have just saved the money :(
