Service was very sub par. And they don't have a lot of the things in the menu. The few things that they do have are not good at all. Such a waste since it's in a great location. Asked to see a manager several times and he never came. I'd give it no stars if I could.

Only giving one start b/c I can't give zero. In a city of amazing food, save yourself the disappointment. It is only the location allowing this place to stay in business. Seriously, nacho cheese from a pump? I've had better food at a little league game.

After I read in the menu no Credit/Debit cards accepted I ran away. Prices where to high to spend all my cash in this place. Management needs to improve your service as it shows really terrible comments to this place. Glad I ended up in another place.

My food had a hair in it. Awful service, don't come here if you want decent food. The only reason I would come back is for the great view of the main plaza

Poor service and many items on the menu not available. We stumbled upon this place on Christmas morning because not much else was open. When we were looking at the menu decided whether or not to sit down, the waiter neglected to mention that they had not received their daily delivery of eggs and milk. This ended up being a huge bummer because it was breakfast time and we had 4 vegetarians in our party; aside from a few egg dishes, most of the dishes contained meat so this really limited their options. There was also no milk for the coffee, which was too bad. Service was slow and they forgot someone’s order, so he ended up getting his food as everyone else was finishing theirs. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Great location... But, Food wasn't good at all. Prices too high for what you get. Bathrooms require lots of maintenance. Service not good, they forgot one dish. Food without flavor. We won't eat in this place again... Too many options in town, we choose a bad place. Don't recommend at all.

We stumbled over this place somehow hungry. We left the place still hungry, but with mich less money. Service needs improvement. The taste of the food is not close to the price. If I pay for a piece of meat 250 pesos, I expect a much bigger piece then 100 grams. I am very dissappointed. Not recommendable at all.
