If you want to enjoy your vacation don't get a room here. They will squeeze every dollar out of you and hold your belongings ransom. Housekeeping is nice but management is all about how much money they can take from a customer. Want to be stress out? Then book a room here because you will have no peace.

This hotel hAs very bad bad customer service. Do not stay there because they will scam you out of your money!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They will over charge you and treat you like you're stupid and take advantage of you as a guest for not speaking the local language. They over charge the price and are super greedy it's pathetic and horrible for business. This is one of Those hotels that want to scam people especially travelers or people new to the area. My friend left something in the room after staying and they never mailed it or returned it to her!!!!! And yet again tried to lie and scam her. WORST customer service ever. Take your money elsewhere, SAVE YOUR CASH!

Scammm scammm scammmm, if you do not speak the language they will try to charge you undetermined fees, there customer service is horrible, they are rude, they do not return phone calls, the staff stole 600 pesos and an item from my room and the manager refused to compensate stating it was did not happen although I made the front desk aware I left items in my room. They even denied me doing this. I implored with them to be reasonable and return my items they gave me a very hard time and still I have not received them. Do not stay here!!!!

The customer sevice at this hotel is atrocious. Management wants to take every penny from you. The regular staff are amazing and super nice. But I will not be back!

The maids services were very nice which is the only reason they received one star. But the management was very rude and it was apparent that they were trying to scam my friends and I because we spoke little to no Spanish. They took way more money than we were supposed to pay, trying to get over on us.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! SCAMMER ALERT!! The employees stole money from me and went through my luggage and stole my camera!! They kept adding additional fees and they couldn't explain why. Then they pretend they can't speak English when you confront them, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They need to be shut down period they are filthy con artists, nothing worst than a thief. If you stay here BRING YOUR LAWYER WITH YOU.

all those bad reviews are FAKE...I'm sure. My 6th time in Playa my first time here. For the price you will not find better. its clean . location is amazing Staff so friendly and the view on Ocean just fabulous. I love Casa Tucan. Hulku. Acuario..Pensio San Juan. but this one Wow. thank you to all the staff

Great value for money. Super clean lobby and room with a spacious private balcony. Ocean view from the first floor isn't perfect but can't really be better at this price point. Beautiful garden and small pool. Good WiFi, AC, and hot/cold water. Fridge, toiletries, and hairdryer are provided. Tons of cable TV channels, including in English and German. Perfect location away from the noise of 5th but walking distance to everything. Check in was smooth and the staff are really friendly. Highly recommended. Gracias!

This was my view for 7 days last year.... its a 3 min walk from the hotel to the beach. I will definitely stay there again !!

What a place good value in the heart of 5th Ave. We have been back several times and it is a very good, consistent and freindly property with excellant location. It's our first choice on our trips to Playa

Nice and simple hotel, it is good to spend some time there, if you're not expecting any luxurious hotel. Great location and very clean. 50 mts from the sea! Awesome! Breakfast was very good as well. I would recommend this hotel.

Had a nice experience at this hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are adequate and there is a swimming pool and jacuzzi on site. Extremely close to the beach and 5° Avenue so location is perfect. Rooms were cleaned and clean towels too. Would return.

Fabulous location - a stone's throw from the beach and from La Quinta - but really quiet at night. We had a glorious view of the ocean from our room and a balcony big enough to enjoy. Great value for money!

From the moment we checked in we felt very welcome and at home. The staff here are caring and consistently looking to help. The room we stayed at was on the top floor overlooking 5 Ave. We expected there wouldn't be a moments peace since it's the busiest and loudist at night. For that we will make sure the next time we stay, to select a room facing the courtyard. Otherwise we noticed that despite the simplicity of the rooms, our overall stay was enjoyable, we were greeted every day with enthusiasm.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The staff is nice and smiling. The room was well cleaned every day. Nice coffee / tea and water spot on the second floor. Location just outside the 5 streets but if you wake up easily I would recommend to bring earplugs. We were not disturbed by the sounds of the night, as we were often partying too. The reception borrowed large beach towels to bring to the beach club and had breakfast at a neighbor's hotel. Loved it and can come again. We were a 2 week guest in March 2020.

The noise (mostly music) from the street kept us awake almost every night of our two week stay. If you get neighbours that smoke, you'll end up having all the smoke in your room, because the balconies are very close to each other. This is also the reason you'll hear all conversations your neighbours have on their balcony (and they can be loud). If you wish to sleep, choose another hotel. Otherwise the hotel was clean, staff really nice and the beds were really comfy!

A very good start of our honeymoon! Very friendly and good staff who truely did their best for us. Breakfast is in other hotel two blocks away, is also very good. Quiet area, directly on the beach. Pool is nice and cool. Don't know why they have only 2 stars, we would definitely come back!!
