The worst experience ever. The staff is very friendly but the quality of the service is very low. I have visited this place for the first time to do acrylic nails. With the first visit they have put the colour in an very ugly, unprofessional and uneven way. I have showed them my nails and they have agreed to redo them. They have redone my nails the next day. the effect was nice but only from the outside. After just one week the nail polish went off from my one nail. They have repaired it. And now after three days the nails started to go off and I discover humidity on my nails. Look at the photos!! Not recommended 🥺🤯😖😖😖

Omg this place is so freaking cute!! Had the best experience! I forgot to take a picture of my gel pedicure but it’s lasted 4 weeks. I got white with glitter. Laura or Lauren (sorry I can’t remember since it’s been 4 weeks) did my pedicure and did such a great job. She was very nice. Everyone at the Nail Atelier was pleasant. I would definitely come here to get my nails done also. They serve drinks also. They were able to get me in that day but I definitely recommend making an appointment because a few people came in trying to get service and couldn’t because they were busy but they came back later and were able to get in. (But not overly busy where it distracts from your experience. It wasn’t like a pedicure I’m used to where they do all the stuff to your legs too or use hot towels or rocks (but they may have levels to their pedicures I’m not sure) but that didn’t matter it was a great experience. There was a sugar scrub on my legs though so that was nice 🥰 So I love a really cute and bougie place to eat, drink, and be pampered and this place did not disappoint. I DID walk past it because I didn’t notice it. But just know that it’s the last place on the corner near the aloft. Every time I come back to playa I will come here.

First time getting a service done here and I’ll definitely be back! My daughter and I had a wonderful experience and are so happy with our pedis. Staff were very welcoming throughout our entire visit. Price is in line with the quality of service. I’ll be back for my nails next!

Genuinely impressed!! I usually go for acrylic on my nails because they are so weak but I needed a break from acrylics and got my acrylics removed and did a regular gel manicure at this location. Any time I get gel anywhere else they always chip within a few days because my nails are so bendy and weak. This studio gave me a gel manicure and it hasn’t chipped and it’s been almost 3 WEEKS! This is the first gel manicure I’ve had that didn’t chip. I swim, bike, paint etc and not one single chip. The nail technician suggested I add a layer of mineral rich gel and I agreed and it made a world of difference. The photos are of my gel manicure today after almost 3 weeks (amazed!!) This salon is a little more expensive that other salons in the area but it is worth it for how long lasting and durable they make your nails!

This is a lovely nail salon. The ambience is perfectly clean, lofty, modern, and at a perfect temperature. The staff were also super friendly and booking was easy and professional. I loved that they didn’t default to using an electric drill file to remove my existing shellac (which likelier causes nail damage) and I felt very relaxed through the entire experience. Would 100% visit again and recommend to anyone!

Just a lovely salon. Friendly nail techs and the receptionist speaks perfect English. So do lots of the ladies who work there. You can book by WhatsApp in English or Spanish. They’ll contact you the day before to remind you and to confirm. Super helpful service 🥰 Paid 500 pesos for gel take off and new gel with nail art, looks super cute! They’re very gentle with taking off old gel which I appreciate. No drills or hacking off your cuticles which is awesome. Came back rhe next week for a standard eyebrow wax for 250 pesos. Really nice wax, hardly hurt at all and very sweet lady. Note that everyone tips here, usually 10% in cash, so it’s more handy for the employees. You can pay by card or cash and also add tip to the card if you don’t have change. Can use credit cards too. Gorgeous place, I’ll be back!

My wife and I are tourist from the United States. Had a hard time finding a spot to get our nails done. They did a fantastic job at a great price. Other places are so small and couldn’t get us in for days, but this place was able to squeeze us in the next day. Highly recommend for tourist not to look around just to come directly here. Hopefully my experience will save you some effort.

Although I hardly speak / understand Spanish, I had a wondeful treatment. I booked via Whatsapp in advance (contact on their website) & got an appointment the same day The staff was friendly and the interior is nicely decorated. Sadly I can't take the nail artist home with me :)
