que
defrauda
en
su
atencion
al
cliente,
compre
mi
estadia
5
meses
antes
donde
me
confirmaron
que
contarian
con
desayuino
para
celiacos.
La
semana
anterior
al
viaje
re
confirme
via
whatsapp
que
tendria
mi
desayuno
sin
gluten...al
llegar
al
hotel
y
registrarme
hice
lo
mismo
y
me
confirmaron
que
estaba
en
mi
reserva.
Al
dia
siguiente
tenia
confirmada
una
excursion
de
12
hs,
al
ir
al
desayunador
la
empleada
dice
que
no
le
habian
avisado
(crei
me
estaba
haciendo
una
broma!!!),
me
tuve
que
ir
en
ayunas
total.
Me
quejo
en
recepcion
y
pido
hablar
con
la
Gerenta
Sra
Maria
Danna,
como
no
se
encontraba
le
pido
que
se
comunique
conmigo....resumen:
la
Sra
Danna
jamas
se
comunico
conmigo
y
recien
al
3er
dia
de
desayuno
logre
que
me
dieran
algo
razonablemente
comestible
similar
a
las
opciones
con
gluten.
Fui
a
conocer
Tucuman
y
me
aloje
en
un
hotel
4
estrellas
porque
queria
que
mi
estadia
fuera
agradable,
pero
lamentablemenre
me
llevo
una
desilucion
y
me
senti
totalmente
destratada
y
discriminada,
teniendo
que
ponerme
en
un
lugar
de
"reclamo
permanente"
para
poder
arrancar
el
dia
como
lo
hacen
el
comun
de
las
personas
(desayunando).
Este
hotel
no
es
de
la
categoria
que
dice,
porque
asi
no
se
trata
a
un
pasajero....al
menos
la
Sra
Danna
podria
haberse
disculpado
con
un
simple
llamado
telefonico.
NO
LO
RECOMIENDO
BAJO
NINGUN
PUNTO
DE
VISTA,
me
senti
estafada.
