Nice place to spend a few hours to relaxing. If you get there on Monday morning they are filling the pool again after having cleaned it. Sit under the hot water pouring in for a great massage. Public transportation is available (Trufi or Minivan 265), but the roads are rough and not always open. Be aware that it is at an elevation of over 10,000 feet, so definitely put on your sunscreen. Very rustic, buetiful drive high into the mountains. Facilities in rough shape, but still worth doing. Water is very hot. 30 min is enough

The pools are nice and family oriented, but we choose the private room. The water was very nice had hot. We also got the herbs added. The eucalyptus was a nice touch to the water.

The pool is very crowded. But , the individuals is ok . You have to wait to get one of the individuals to long at least that was my case .

Great experience having seen the locals in their environment. Absolutely crowded on this Sunday afternoon. Not to be recommended.
