Tasty french food. Great service. But we got a fly in our table and a fishy smell was perceived from time to time

Reliable place for an everyday meet for coffee or if you are at the mall and want to sit down and eat. This restaurant is part of a franchise so don't expect ultra fine dining food, but at the same time it's not bad at all. On the contrary, It is pretty good and above average for an eat at the mall that's not fast food and will be consistent every time you go. I like the coffee, the bread, the hot chocolate, the berries pie and the roasted chicken.

Sadly their advertising is misleading when you are ordering online in their desserts section. I ordered a couple of Macarons online, cause I wanted to surprise a family member staying in Panamá city. The photos as you can see on their website look incredible.....but once you receive the order it's totally disappointing (as you can see in the photos). It looks nothing to the macaron photos they use to sell the products on their websites. NOTE: This could be easily solved if they had a disclaimer in their website stating that the macaron photos are just for decoration purposes. As they don't have this in their website... it is misleading advertising.

Very French looking, have their own bakery and pastries are delicious. We had a salmon wrap this time, it’s was excellent. The service was a little lengthy, only 1 waitress for too many tables, service could use some improvement. Overall good tasty place yummy.

It took them a while to get to us for our order, but the food was delicious! My tongue had a wonderful flavor overload!

Popular chain from France specializing in baked goods. The lunch and quality was fantastic. Check it out for a great eating or sit down experience.

Food was ok, nothing special (fast food quality). A bit worse than Subway. Definitely not worth $50+ for a couple of sandwiches and water.

I recommend this place, located inside Multiplaza Mall. Food was delicious we tried the sandwiches, hamburger, and salad and everything was tasty. They have a lot of dessert options, service was great and fast. Kids love this place.

We occasionally going to Paul for coffee and cake 🍰. Yesterday it was pretty busy but the service was fast and very friendly. The coffee and the sweets were very tasty 😋 coming again!

I love this restaurant and I've been here at least 100 times but this is a protest message for the management. Today is the morning of 13th of May 2023. I would like to let the management know that the staff are really nice except the lady who's working taking the credit card payments. Everybody is smiling a nice except this sour woman. She lets down your team.

Good food and drink with a quiet atmosphere, so it's easy to talk. Great place for a informal meeting, we personally meet our brokers and estate agents here.

It always looked a bit pretentious to me, but we happened to be in the mall and looking for breakfast. My breakfast sandwich was amazing! Now I'm sounding pretentious, but there were so many layers of flavor! My wife loves her french toast and we ate the sweet butter and strawberry jam like it was dessert.

The food was terrible, nothing to do with the Paul at W Hotel, which was excellent . The only good was the service from the nice lady server. We won't come back.
