Disappointing… I suggest if you can avoid this store. Purchase in other Cartier around the globe that provides wider range of options, and better customer service. 1- Customer Service Worst Cartier customer service compared to other Cartiers worldwide. Usually, the SA is friendly, kind, and wants to show you everything they have. She was just there. Standing there. I had to take the words out of her mouth. Price, timing, availability, options, everything. 2- Availability To purchase the items I wanted to. I had to wait 2 months and the SA wasn’t even sure of the ETA. Also, I was between 2 sizes and one size wasn’t available until 1 month and the other size wasn’t available until 2 months (this one the SA wasn’t sure the ETA) The SA didn’t even offer to provide me her card or provide my number or email to notify me when the items arrive. This is a pretty common practice across ALL high end luxury brands. Even Cartier. But not here. 3- GWP In other stores around the world. I usually get with my purchase a gift. Like blank cards to write, or travel pouches. Nothing here.
