TLDR; don’t go! I’ve been to more than 100 rooms all over the world and these rooms are just not timed and well tested. They always talk to you and give you clues. Tried The Orphanage and Manicomio and it’s garbage. Period.

The first time I went there, to Roma 2, I gave 5 stars. Very very fun experience in every way. The second time was way less fun (Sherlock in Roma 1). Some things were too hard to figure out, there were some serious malfunctions, the people from the escape room were loudly singing which took me out of the experience and on top of them the room was spoiled. We got so much advices that we didn’t ask for that there was not much puzzling left for us to do ourselves. When we had to do only 1 more puzzle and we had almost 20 minutes left, the woman even spoiled the last puzzle for no reason (probably because she wanted to go home sooner), so that we finished the room with 17 mins on the clock. So many puzzles we didn’t get the chance to to figure out ourselves. Unfortunately not a very fun experience considering the money we paid for it. 2 stars for this one.

It was truly unlike any escape rooms I have ever seen. We have them in the US, but nothing like these - it is a MUST DO! So well done with the story lines, and you feel like you’re really part of the story.

Great experience and good prices. We did the museum heist-themed room, which was engaging and exciting without being frustratingly challenging. My only complaint would be some of the English translations have fallen off the walls or need to be replaced, which can limit your clue-solving abilities if you don’t have a Spanish speaker in your group. Recommended!

Its very hard to recommend since it does not feel that we played at all. Would not recommend, we were told the rules in the beginning which were quite standard. Then when the game started we were guiding one of our players and got accused of cheating because thats not how the host expected us to guide him. From there it went downhill pretty fast. Doors opened that should not. We were told to go back and close them. Then when it was time for them to open they would not. All of this on top of us never asking for any help but the host basically telling us every answer as if he was in the room with us, just constantly talking to us. The host blamed the malfunctions on the weather but it was apparent that they did not prepare properly. Would pick Fox in a box over this place anytime.

We’ve done many escape rooms in the US and this was our first in Mexico. The room was great and Ruiz and Benjamin were very helpful! We had a great time!

Did a puzzle here and the staff messed it up (we found out after the hour was over when they realized they gave us the wrong key to unlock the handcuffs to the floor) so 2 of us just sat locked on the floor for 45min while the other two solved a slightly below average escape room. Staff didn't even apologize or offer to try another room as an apology.

Really cool, high quality escape room complex. We did the Hobbit one which was fun. Although we’d warn people who are 6ft that the room truly is built for Hobbits!

Horrible experience, been to dozen of rooms and this must be the worst one. We came there right on time but when we started we only had 42 minutes because they started the time when they were explaining the rules. We also ordered the room on their english website but all the text was in spanish in the room. Then they just spoiled every puzzle for us by giving us endless clues after we just started trying them.

Had a great time at the Sherlock escape room! Sebastian, our host, was able to communicate in English. Puzzle was super hard though!

I injured my leg on the hobbit experience... Spoiler alert.... There is a drop fall that should not exist, don't be cheap and at least install stairs or whatever is needed to keep safe your customers.

We've done 50+ escape rooms, in multiple countries, and this one was a bit of a let-down. Be warned, they are strict about arriving early, and we got chastised for only showing up a few minutes in advance. The timer starts at your reserved time, whether or not they've finished explaining the rules. We actually started with 57 minutes left. Even then, we finished with 25 minutes remaining, and this was a room they rated as 5/5 difficulty. They also offered hints without prompting, even though we were already flying through. The puzzles weren't bad, with a mix of physical puzzles and padlocks.

Had a really bad experience here. The clue master never responds and when they did you can tell they don’t know what’s going on/was not paying attention. It wasted a lot of our time since they would give the wrong clue or just not respond. A lot of the puzzles were gimmicky and didn’t work even when you had right code. The rooms were also old looking and decorated subpar. Also they don’t speak English so don’t come if you want to only play in English.

Visiting from the U. S. and we played the Sherlock room with 2 people. Very well organized and straight-forward puzzles. Staff was helpful for our 1 clue, not giving too much information. Puzzle-forward room.

Secret Agent was a fun, unique, medium-hard room for the 2 of us who have done about a dozen rooms before. Some vague info about that room: if we didn’t have someone with basic video game experience, we would not have been able to complete it. A door was mistakenly left open in our room when we should have had to wait until we had the key, but it didn’t put us out of sequence. Would return here for other rooms, works for English or Spanish speakers. Thanks to Emma and Jordy.

Lots of fun and a true puzzle. Not super difficult but challenging and very entertaining. Must try “Asesino” meaning Assassin. Escape before the Assassin get you!

Amazing service from Emma, Ake and JaĂr. The rooms where extremely complex (Sherlock) but doable. The clues that were provided kept the challenge(puzzle) fun. I would recommend this place with a group of friend that are comfortable with the challenge and the pressure that comes with doing a puzzle with friends. 10/10

I highly recommend to check this escape room location. So many rooms to choose from and I’m sure they will not disappoint you. Gracias Chico’s por su assistencia en hacer la experiencia super padre, volveremos pronto :)
