Dropped by here in UPTC just to wait for our coding hours to end. We decided to eat here in Yabu since we already miss it and we’re kinda hungry because of the traffic. Upon entering, a server approached us and seated us on our table. Handed us their menu and served us house water. This is a plus point to me when it comes to customer service. It felt like they valued their guests. Also, it’s not awkward dining here because you will feel like you’re at home. I can say that the quality of food in this branch is the GOD TIER of all the branches I’ve been to. I told my partner that the quality here is great. Will surely come back and I highly recommend this branch to everyone. The staff are all nice too!

Food was excellent. Me and my 4 yr old daughter ate here. My daughter loves the chicken katsu rice and sesame seeds here. The service was also super good. Better than other Yabus we've eaten in. They even gave my daughter some crayons and a paper to color and draw while waiting for the food. The place is a little small though.

Perfect place if you're looking for tasty katsu. All the staff were kind and friendly. The food was great and their service was the best.

My wife fell inlove with this place, and I understand why. Katsu, katsu and more katsu. I found the katsu with fill were the best (cant remember the name), the chefs curry dish. Utterly perfect. Unlimited cabbage, rice and miso soup. Best miso soup in my opinion! Mandatory visit when we're back in the Philippines!

Yabu is always great, but the staff here are very accommodating and friendly! Very generous when asked for another serving of rice and cabbage!

Food and service was excellent! Yabu never fails to deliver high quality katsu and other Japanese offerings for a good price! Would come eat at Yabu again for the cabbage and dressing alone, lol. Highly recommended!

Yabu has the best and legit tonkatsu set meals. Not sure if they still have it but the shredded cabbage and rice used to be unlimited. Okawari daijyoubu.

First started eating at Yabu when they opened a branch in Robinsons Magnolia in 2016 and so far the taste has always been consistent, no matter the branch. Will always be value for money! I’ll always love their cabbage dressing, their miso soup, and their katsu sauce. Their rice is always so fluffy and good! But, the fruits aren’t always that good. In this case, the fruits weren’t good on the day we visited, like they’ve been cut open and laid out of the refrigerator for hours. No crispiness to the watermelons and they weren’t sweet either. Nonetheless! The food was amazing and we always leave with happy and full tummies! No waiting time on a Wednesday afternoon. ~ Hire Katsu = 3/5 (a bit too dry) ~ Rosu Katsu = 5/5 (the best! Juicy yet crispy!) ~Tori Menchi Katsu = 4/5 ~Rosu Kurobuta Katsu = 3/5 (TOO FATTY!) ~Gyudon Set = 5/5 (heavenly! Even comes in a fancy bowl) ~Mozarrella Katsu Sticks = 5/5 (best mozarrella sticks ever! My fave) The staff in this specific branch were so helpful and accommodating!

Rosu katsu was premium and unlimited sides helped make you full (abit too much rice can drown out the taste so be aware).

Before arriving, I ate my dinner already so I ordered salmon on the side and a bottle of beer. Everything's good.

Food was great as always. Very good crew to serve you. Enjoyed it with my family. Highly recommended.

Service was very slow. It took over 1 hour for them to serve our order. Restaurant is small and crowded and they DON'T have a washroom. Probably the worst Yabu branch I've been to. Food is still good though but not worth the wait.

Decent Pork Katsu. Comes with unlimited rice and salad. Relatively pricey but the quality of the pork meat is definitely above average.
