I like the location,to eastwood. The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class. All staff we came into contact with were extra helpful. In the bottom line - a great value for money. It's easy to get everywhere in Eastwood, it's not a long walk to the centre.

When we entered the room, we instantly smelled the unpleasant odor. Not sure if its rotten wood, the bleach, or something else. Our room was facing the road so quite noisy. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes it is too salty, most of the time it is good. Most of it were filipino dishes. I love their desserts, it is really good. Try their potato chips, highly recommended. The hotel is just accross the eastwood city. Staffs were polite and helpful. Overall it is a 3 star experience.

The air conditioning in the first room they provided me did not function, and I had to call twice to have the technician check the AC. They relocated me to a different room, but there was a blood smear on the floor, which I disregarded. That simply means that the person in charge of cleaning the room did not do their job properly. The food selection was fairly restricted, and nothing stood out.

Staffs are friendly and approachable some are not. Midrange quarantine facilities Expensive food and beverage ranging 175 PHP and above. Not so much food to offer Some cockroaches roaming inside the room.

What I love most about the hotel is the basement parking with elevator and its accessibility to restos, convenience stores, banks & pharmacies. The guard who welcomed us was very helpful as well as the front desk girl upon check-in. When we requested for clean up of the bathroom floor since it was wet as well as pick up of overflowing trash since wastebaskets were small, the first night, it was prompt; but the 2nd night, we had to make a follow-up. I ordered the club sandwich for lunch on my second day but it was really bland. The serving size and ingredients were ok but it was the lack of taste that left me dissatisfied. The rooms were not cleaned very well. There were visible dust particles on the mirrors above the bed. There were also strands of hair on bathroom counter. The 2 waste baskets provided were very small. Given a chance, we will check into this hotel again.

I had a reservation but they didn't have the room ready when I came in. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. However, the toilet had grime in it and the wifi didn't work. I called the front desk regarding the wifi and they sent maintenance staff to fix it which took forever but didn't work anyway. The front desk called me to ask if it was okay with me that they fix it in the morning instead even though I was only staying for a night. I refused and asked to be transferred to a different room instead. The other room still had grime in the toilet but the wifi worked, but come morning the wifi was acting up again. When I was about to check out, there was another group checking in at the counter and I had to wait in line even though some of the staff were clearly available. They said it was because they thought I was with the group that was checking in even though I came from the elevators and I was standing a few feet apart from them.

Transportation to and from Acropolis Microtel can be challenging. Wi-Fi breaks every 30 minutes, but management is prompt to resolve the issue, simply explain your need for constant access. Staff helpful and friendly, lobby is welcoming and clean. Room needs updating, may be reflective of past structure. All toiletries supplied, hot water, clean towels. Channels may need to be upgraded and current. French channel was a nice surprise. Breakfast is plentiful, be careful with Tocino Pork allergies. Milk Coffee available, fruit selection. Runs out of cutlery and crockery fast. Great for couples, or budget travellers. Located near Richmond business district.

The hotel was OK for the price. It is located opposite Eastwood city. The staff is exemplary. However, there is no inhiuse laundry service available, cleaning needs to be better. Food is provided via Millies All Day Diner and there are very limited options, specially for vegetarians and the timings are very strict. If you come to the hotel after 9 pm expecting dinner, you will need to go hungry.

I left my jacket it the room. I was able to retrieve it the next day. Staff are very nice. No complementary water in the room.

An adequate place to spend the night if you have business in the area. The food is nothing special. The staff is slow to replenish the buffet.

The staff are lazy and un attentive to your requests. Only the guards are friendly. Rooms are not even fixed and cleaned properly. Most of my 2 weeks stay, the garbage bin were not disposed of. Some days, the room was not fixed, and toilet supplies are not replenished. They provide you drinking water via a water dispenser located in the lobby. Safe/vaults are not working, despite asking for a new battery for the vault/safe, no one came in to fix/replace it. Food served are also bland. Most of the time, they do not refill their breakfast platters. Overall, not recommended. Location is far from Makati, BGC, just near Eastwood City.

The good thing about the place is that, it is quiet. Its not so fab, its a simple kind hotel. Express check-in and checkout.

To be honest my experience is very satisfying though the building doesn't look new but for sure the price is just fair what you pay is what you get for. The staff is accommodating and responsive to all my calls and requests. So far so good experience here in Microtel

This hotel is located across the street from Eastwood. If you have business in the region, this is a great spot to stay. The rooms are tidy, but there is no safety bar on the entrance of our room. The staff is friendly. Food is delicious.

The hotel is accessible to nearest area, the problem is the room or smell of room for aircon, but all over the service is good and personel are helpful and accomodating

Staff are accommodating and approachable, spacious rooms but need to improve cleanliness in floors and insect infestation. Foods from Restaurant is also good, but too expensive, lowest price is 175php (merienda).

Very nice hotel. I’m from America and the furnishings and people were great. Good food clean rooms. I really really recommend it the best hotel. I’ve stayed at in the Philippines yet very reasonable priced.

A good place to stay I guess. I haven't tried this hotel yet but outside is very clean and organized. I assume it's more complimentary inside.

My friend is very disappointed with his stay. For 10 days of quarantine they were only being served with 1 slice of chicken or 1 piece of fish with rice every now and then. Not even veggies or little slices of fruits.

Service is unquestionable but the 4th floor hallway had a lingering drainage scent

Cockroach-infested rooms. I asked to be transferred but it's still the same. I was given an option to have a bug spray when I told them about it. I hope they do know that roaches are sign of infestation and poor environment. Didn't sleep at all during nighttime as I'm afraid that they'll bite me. Good thing it was free as part of government policy for OFWs or else I wouldn't be staying here at all. I don't trust how they clean their rooms too which should be thorough especially that they are a quarantine facility. On the good note, the staff are really nice.

From cleanliness, toiletries supply to food this hotel is very poor. Although the staff are very accommodating but they should atleast improve other areas like those i mentioned. The food choices are very limited and very expensive. No kettle for hot water you need to request from staff every time you need hot water. Breakfast for OFW in quarantine served without coffee you need to order coffee @ cost 71. pesos 😡. i don’t recommend this hotel to to stay!!

Dated, overpriced and limited menu, tiny cockroaches, very slow to nonexistent internet, nothing on the TV. Good location, large room, accommodating staff.
