Unfriendly staff. You expect long time waiting for customer service to serve you. Very disappointed with them.

Visited for vehicle service. Called for appointment beforehand. I was entertained well by service advisor even if I arrived late. Customer lounge available.

13Aug2019. One of the body/paint works guys broke some clips holding the plate lights while installing the replacement plate garnish for an Adventure. Asked him to fix it, but broke more parts in the process. So exhausting as we waited for almost 3 hours for a supposed simple fix. We ended up leaving the place with damaged car parts (some broken/dismounted clips on rear door cover coz he had to remove it at least 3x) because of poor quality of work. Didn't raise a complaint anymore as we feared he would damage more parts if we press for a fix. Besides, we already wasted so much time. Not recommending this place.

Excellent customer service from Mitsubishi Motors. We were there just to buy a spare part which we found they actually have. And to our surprise they also helped to quickly install it. To place was packed with customers cars but they also offered to help us get the car out of the busy parking area as it is quite small with very little space to maneuver the car around. If they hadn't taken the liberty to drive the car out, we wouldn't have been able to get out of there! :)
