One of the best fishmongers I have ever been to. The display by itself deserves 5*. The supermarket overall is big and has everything. Very well stocked. Have been several times and never had an issue finding what I needed. The shopping mall itself is good too. Lots of departments with usual mass market stores.

We bought a packed jamon during our trip to Marbella as a gift. When we arrived back from Marbella, the following day we started to unpack the jamon. It was packed inside a black velvet bag, so we didn't see inside. Once we took the jamon out, we noticed hundreds of worms crawling out of the meat. It was spoiled and absolutely disgusting. When I tried to contact the shopping centre to figure out what to do next, the customer service was atrocious. You can't reach them by phone or email, they keep transfering you around because noone can speak English. Finally someone responded, and we were told we have to bring the spoiled jamon (1 month after we bought it!!) back to Marbella, despite the evidence provided. They told us to bring this health hazard by plane back to Spain. Ridicilous. Pathetic service, we will never visit again!

It changed a lot within last couple of years. I always go when I need something specific as it normally feels like a bit expensive, but actually it’s not so different from other places price wise. The variety of brands is by far the best from all other big shopping centers. The grocery store is must for a international food choices. And the biggest positive change is the service- I find it so much more attentive and smiling lately. Good job, keep it up 👌🏻

Superb department store in a class of its own. Massive in size but easy to find everything. Clothes, fashion, jewellery, make up, electrical, electronic, sports, books, groceries, wine, you name it they have it. All items good value competitive with the best. Great experience even browsing.

Okay when you like overpriced unknown brands and sales staff that doesn’t even speak Spanish properly. Unfortunately the only department store chain in all of Spain with more than listless employees that prefer standing around and doing nothing instead of being proactive and helpful. The supermarket is terrible and just a caricature of efficiency and the capitalist system. Absolutely no one wants to work and whatever they do comes with an enormous lack of helpfulness and joy. Terrible atmosphere

Incredibly large assortment of almost everything you need or don't need. The size combined with poor signage means that it can be difficult to find what you need, it can even be difficult to find your way back to the parking garage. But it is easy to park in the parking garage. Prices are generally high, but not everything is expensive.

Poor customer service regarding warranty on furniture. Problem with recliners and functionality, no one follows up with the customer. Always an excuse even though warranted for two years. Never buying anything else here!!

Great store where you can find literally anything that you need. I also love the Supermarket here. This store is in the heart of Puerto Banus. It’s pretty big and it has parking underground. Due to its location, it can be very crowded at times. I love the sport section here. You can find international brands like Columbia or Under Armour. Issue: The parking lot is dirty. Walls are super stained and dirty when you enter and the lot in general is dirty with a strong odor to garbage at times. I’m surprised that El Corte Ingles doesn’t maintain the lot as good as they maintain their shop, specially in a high-end area like this one.

It’s a huge El Corte Ingles with big car parks, which is comparatively even bigger than branches in many major cities like Madrid. Plenty of local brands inside with certain huge counters, the supermarket is also good with many locally sourced food. Only missing stars came with the slow tax refund in the basement.

I am disabled and have complained 8 times to customer service that the door to the ground floor disabled toilet is difficult to open and lock. For a 5 euro lock and 10 minutes work the problem can be rectified . Whats wrong with your maintenance / service people? PATHETIC

I had a very frustrating experience with my recent supermarket order. I had selected a time slot from 18:00 to 20:00, but I received a call at 22:00 informing me that the delivery would be postponed to the following day. Since I wouldn't be available, I had no choice but to cancel the order. I didn't get refunded and had to chase it. I rescheduled the order for another day, choosing a new time slot of 10:00 to 12:00. Unfortunately, the delivery didn't go as planned once again. Again, they failed to show up, and I received a call at 14:30, saying they would arrive in five minutes. By that time, I had already left my home, so I requested them to return no later than 18:00. They assured me that they would arrive promptly at 18:00. Now, it's 20:30, and I'm still waiting for the delivery. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the supermarket via phone and the chat function, I haven't received any response or assistance. This whole situation has left me extremely disappointed, as I rely on these deliveries to plan my meals for the week accordingly. Adding to the frustration, numerous items I had ordered were marked as available when I placed the order, but on the day of delivery, they were suddenly unavailable. It's very disapointing to encounter such discrepancies, especially when relying on the supermarket's stock information.

Won’t buy from them again online. My order got stuck with the delivery company. I put my address properly but because of their old delivery system, they said they can’t find the address I put. Sent them the correct address, then they didn’t let the delivery company know. Had to call the delivery company to send it. Really need to keep up with the modern delivery system .

If you ever need at 21.00 forgotten shopping like me with my daughters skates, this is the place to go. Found the right ones, seller was amazing, even tied the shoelaces and fitted the helmet for tomorrow's competition. Superb service, I would never go shopping anywhere else, and believe it or not, got a good deal compared to other sports stores, and much better quality.

Beautiful shop with lovely stuff in every department. Especially like the sports floor and Eric’s cafe. Parking is really easy and free if you spend €40

Great place for camera and computer equipment, I picked up a bargain digital camera as an ex-display model. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Hard to fault.

Reorganized since our last visit (March 2022) but very well done. Layout 1st classe; as are products. One of the best department stores in the World. That includes Harrods, Nordstrom, etc

We shop here quite a lot but this time the electronics department deserves 1 star! Received an AirPods for Christmas and the case wouldn’t charge, we used several different models of chargers but nothing, I believe the cable was faulty. We tried to return within 14 days as the law allows, but nothing the guy at the electronics repair was useless. We left the case to him to check what was wrong, to come to see that he used not the original cable but a new version. He said that everything was in order. Not really. We had to buy a new cable €25 to make sure I can use my Christmas’s gift. Avoid this department!!

Bought a new suitcase (Rimowa) and some perfume (Diptyque). Wonderful customer service in both dealings. Easy to arrive with plenty of parking space available.

Great edited items. But don't try to return certain things. Especially electronics. They go nuts trying to avoid giving refund. Buy those things online w mandatory 2 week return policy by law.

The rating is for the fish counter display in El Corte Inglés, not for that store, or the full Centro, overall. Of course, other supermarkets I’ve seen in the area put on impressive displays too, but this one stood out. Very inviting looking, but frustrating for me, because I would have no clue how to cook the fish shown - or even what some of them are! Locals obviously don’t have that problem! A leaflet in English, focusing on just a few fish, might be worth experimenting with.

At Click & go in Pto Banus It looks like we are at the fish market, the 4 woman’s speaking very loud and rude between them. The parking for the click & go is useless, full of cars that nobody were there , plus all the handicapped parking spaces full of fancy cars with no handicapped cards !! More security measures to avoid the problem of handicapped car parking.

The best El Corte Inglés on the coast. You can find almost anything. The sales personal is very well trained and always polite. They are there if you need them yet are not hovering around you. It did loose a bit of its charm over the years.

Busy department store, but staff polite and helpful. Top brands at reasonable prices, the sales had started, 30% off a lot of items. On the Sunday we were there, they had free parking.

I just love this department store. Major renovation a few years ago with great brands. During summer months, they have major sale going on. For tourist, there is the tourist card (with id) with another 10% off on the next purchase. Caressed valid for a week or 10 days, but you will get another one.

Nice bottles and food. Very good shop regarding fresh food and interesting drinks. 4/5 only because the air is just bad in there. Haven't experienced such a bad air in a mall for a long time. Please fix your air cons

Erittäin vaikuttava, hieno, upea otosparatiisi. Kosmetiikkaa, vaatteita, kodin tilpehööriö ja ihanan iso ruokakauppa. Merkkejä laidasta laitaan. Kannattaa varata runsaasti aikaa. Henkilökunta on palvelualtis ja osa puhuu englantia.

The store inside has everything you could need but sadly lacking in signage as to what is on each floor and where, plus some of the assistants either can't be bothered to help or don't know what is where? Getting back out and finding the car was horrible. My pet peeve after spending hundreds on shopping and loaded up I then have to mess about finding change for the parking, after such an expensive day out shouldn't it be free. I understand you want to keep the harbour visitors and diners out to keep the parking for shop customers, but perhaps some validation on your parking ticket for parking after a purchase? My local car wash in Marbella manages it!

Great if you're after some designer stuff like perfume or sports gear etc. Just like a huge Selfridge's or Bloomingdale's. Car park difficult to manage. Ticket didn't work for me and got spat out with loads of others on floor.

This is a huge department store where you can find basically anything from makeup to food. There are plenty of stores downstairs some luxury brands and upstairs you can find clothing. Its really nice to visit on a hot summer day since this place is very well air conditioned. A lot of staff to assist you with finding everything you need. I would add english directions in the store since it is quite hard to navigate at times. Also finding the bathroom proved difficult but the staff is happy to help. You can also get groceries here since there is a large supermarket.

We had such a bad experience with a sales person called Claudia in S2. We went there to do the tax free and due to the long queue ahead and no sitting places available, I allowed my 2 little daughters to use the chairs in one of the empty desks and use some pens available to make a drawing (I confirm that no nobody was using the desk). This person who was next to the desk my daughters were sitting pointed her finger at us and with a movement of her hand asked us to leave the place in such a rude way!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes this is happening and it took few minutes to convince my daughters to move as they were really enjoying their drawing. This person then came to us and asked again to leave in such an arrogant and disrespectful way with no explanation of should we leave. Her only words were : just leave! Again, nobody was using the place and we were just trying to distract the kids while waiting for our turn causing no harm to any body. This person was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. She definitely needs a LOT of customer service training.

My favourite place to grocery shop! They have literally everything! And if they don’t, they will order it for you! Fish monger, butcher, cheese cave, extensive green-grocer and health food section, sushi counter, bakery and patisserie. Extensive wine and spirits section. Prices can be expensive for the top end goods, but they have reasonably priced basics as well. It’s like John Lewis Oxford Street foodhall, or Selfridges foodhall.

We went to el Corte English specifically looking for South African wine, to give out as Christmas gifts from our home country, asked an assistant to help, and she knew exactly what we were looking for and when I explained I was looking for a dozen bottles she dashed off to the storeroom with two cases of six, fantastic friendly service

The Cafeteria is just EXCELLENT! Service, food and drinks were just outstanding for the price. I warmly recommend the chicken burger. We were the last people to dine there for the day (mall was closing already) and the waiter still went out of his way to give us the complete experience. A real gem for anyone who wants to dine in a beautiful place without the hefty price tag.

For British tourists it makes sense to get their 5-day Tourist Card, entitling you to a 10% Gift Card at the *end* of your trip, cumulative of what you've spent over the five days. You are also entitled to 15.7% sales tax back subject to circumstances. The staff are very helpful throughout the store but the layout is quite confusing, specifically the clothing sections on the lower floors. It's always a hive of activity and can get busier on the weekend as you'd expect.

Partner purchased a duty free watch at the airport but it needed resizing - he called into El Corte Inglés as we'd had a good shopping experience here before, to enquire about whether they could do it, and a really lovely lady pointed him in the direction of the watch repair section, where an equally as lovely man resized it for him free of charge even though he was willing and expecting to pay. Brilliant service!

Hell on earth. Hard to find your way around, probably on purpose . Full of brands and people with heavy aesthetic surgery. Parking a nightmare , roads around almost impassable. Other than that .. no apart from the helpful staff on the clock and collect I would never go near here again.

Worst shopping center ever! No signs or maps inside. You can download a PDF with the names of the stores. That's it! Good luck finding your way back to your car.

Very nice place for ladies and children's clothes. July and August there are always sales as well. If you are a tourist and plan on shopping don't forget to register with your passport for an extra 10% discount in the form of rebates on your next purchase. Most brands participate in this rebate scheme.
