Great showroom to visit and gather ideas for your project. They have a great shower display. They offer lots of tile options. Staff leaves you alone so you can explore as you wish. Some stuff is overpriced and parking is terrible around the area.

Great showroom with good brands but big problems with knowledge and delivery. All to less staff but nice and polite ladies working there but with to less knowledge of interior design, English or what tiles for ex Marazzi offer. Opening hours is far from ok and absolutely no control of delivery time. If you order here be prepared to wait more then a month, can be two for delivery of tiles etc. they have in the showroom. It’s of course not always Puyas fault but as others selling the same brands in other country’s not having the same problem do they need to make this so much better.

Huge store with mainly helpful staff upstairs, much less so downstairs, with 2 staff more interested in chatting with friends, rather than serving me. Walked away with nothing.

Service was good initially and we got the products. Even though the company is in ISO 9001, one important part was the wrong one. At first we were told there was no product, that they would refund the money when we got all the goods there. When our time demanded, the tank was suddenly found. We drove in vain for 100km and several hours were wasted. No refund whatever. Sorry for the incorrectly collected part. Really bad mood. We are no longer using this company.
