It's a place where you can be relaxed and have a good time breathing clean air near the sea.

Nothing to see here and looks deserted and dangerous for tourists

Under construction, normally a very exciting venue, music, food, drinks and dancing 🕺

Open area by the water's edge full of different types of businesses related to food, drinks, and entertainment. Most parking is street-side and as of this date, a good part of the water side area is being reconstructed, so there is debris roadside.

If you stand about 10 feet from the water and look directly out at the amazing bay and sky you'll love it! Sunset is indescribable. A slice of paradise. Just don't turn around. Between the surf and the main road that runs parallel to the water is less slice of paradise and more slice of the ultimate third world outdoor experience. The area is covered in broken bottles (no flip flops, sandals or watershoes recommended!) Piles of tree trunks and large branches have washed ashore and created a sort of barricade. And then just beyond the guard rail is a true portrait of the less savory part of an otherwise beautiful country. I was told that further up or down from where I was had a better locale. I hope so.

Just don’t go on a Sunday morning before 11am, it’s a little depressing. Otherwise, it’s an amazing an vibrant place! Great for a night out with your friends (bring your own Presidente bien fria)

😠 Locally this spot is known as " La Rotonda" and is a very busy bus stop. Heavy and crazy traffic watch yourself around the area if a first time foreign visitor.
