This place had AMAZING views. If your driving there from Punta Canta, it’s about an hours drive and it’s all safe well maintained road. The drive there was worth it - very scenic. All the locals recommended this place. When you get there, just park and pay about $17 per person for a truck ride up and down the mountain. The ride up and down the mountain was bumpy and really fun. They have bathrooms and changing rooms cause people come for photos! Since you won’t be hiking, come dressed for photos. They have swings, hammocks, witch brooms. A beautiful relaxing place. We spent about an hour here. But you can spend more time if you want to nap on the beautiful grass. There was a guy there selling zip line experiences too but we didn’t see it.

    - There is enough space to park your car safely (price 2 Dollars) - Entrance per person is 7 Dollars - You can easily walk up there from the parking. It is exactly 2 km and took me 30 minutes including taking some pictures along the way - if you don't want to walk they offer a transportation for 20 Dollars up to 4 people - on the top you have swings and hammocks for free. There is also a restaurant I haven't tried. Nice 360 round view which is really worth the price When I arrived they told me in Spanish that I have to pay 36 dollars. I insisted to walk - so I had to pay 14 Dollars entrance fee and 2 dollars for the parking (2 persons). I really recommend to walk. It's a nice, easy and short walk up there. Absolutely safe. So why pay 20 Dollars for transportation ? Super fácil para caminar. Recomiendo guardar los 20 dollares y simplemente caminar los 30 minutos por arriba. El camino no es riesgoso. Am besten hoch laufen und sich die 20 Dollar sparen. 30 Minuten und man ist oben. Leichter Weg ohne jegliches Risiko.

Great photo opportunities and breakfast. Only take cash at restaurant. Currently expanding the zip line. Soon to have on site vacation homes.

First off the view is definitely worth it. When you get there you have to park and pay (ONLY CASH). You will be driven up the hill with their pickup services. It’s very high and a rocky road so prepare for that. Coming down was less rocky. The view was amazing. There will be photographers trying to take your pics and it will cost $3 a pic. Definitely worth it. There is a restaurant, restrooms and vendors selling merchandise as well.

Definitely something to do for maybe an hour, but only as a stop on a trip to another destination. Never take this as the ultimate destination of your excursion because you'll be disappointed. Keeping that in mind, the views are amazing and the ride up on the all terrain trucks is kind a fun all on its own. On top you can zipline or just chill watching the view or drinking coffee. It's a nice scenic break on a longer trip.

I suggest you go there with your own 4x4 vehicular so that you can enjoy some off-roading, go at your own pace and time and avoid extra spending.

Interesting is the ride by trucks on the hill... would say scary ride, specially if road is muddy after rain. On the top, the great view and zip line available, small pub and...baños...toilets! When the weather and mist allows, island Samana is visible.

Beautiful place, you can have a real 360 view from the top. Be aware that normal 4x2 vehicles won’t make it to the top, you MUST have a 4x4 vehicle, walk or pay the public transportation before going up. There is not any covid protocol in this place. Be careful with the wasps. Too much waste and trash in the parking lot.

Sehenswerter Aussichtsberg!!

Nice place. We booked through Viator, guy was very kind and frendly, but whole excursion was a bit in a rush. Place worth to see.

Great place to start off exploring Punta Cana, it cost $7/pp when we went not sure if that includes them giving a ride to the top from the bottom as the road is unpaved and a bit muddy requires a 4x4, they let us go in our rented jeep and was pretty fun once we reached the top. Worth it for the views and the little furniture they have dotted around to take great pics. There's a couple shops at the top as well as a zip line.

Beautiful hill top with a playground on top. Very bumpy ride up and down as part of the "adventure" . Once on top you can see all around (don't go on a very cloudy day as that will limit your visibility). You can get on swings and seesaws or just sit on a bench and enjoy the views. There is a small Cafe and gift shop and a local photographer. You are free to take your own photos as well. It was lovely when we went and very relaxing with not too many people there. When you get back down don't forget to try some local fruit from the fruit stand. The cacao fruit (from which we get chocolate) has an interesting flavor. I wanted to add that if you are in the Barcelo area and looking for a short day tour to different places, reach out to DTS or Dominican Transport Services (google them) and ask for Juan. Wonderful and friendly tour guide with reasonable prices. He does speak in English and will tailor a tour according to what you want to see/experience. You will not regret going with Juan.

Tourists beware of the entry price. If you don't have a 4x4 vehicle you have to catch a ride up the mountain in these trucks they have, which is understandable because it's a rough 5 to 7 minute ride up to the mountain top. The problem is if you're a foreigner they triple the price. I had to show the driver my Dominican ID to get a cheaper price because I look really American and they didn't believe I was Dominican. This is a horrible business practice and I would rate this place a 1 star if the view wasn't so spectacular.

Must-see place if you are in the area! Stunning vistas and lots of fun photo props: swings, a hammock, etc. The per person fee for visitors from outside the D.R. is $27 and that’s cash only — as are all of the outlets including the fruit stand and souvenir shop. Getting the professional photographer to help with the shoot is well worth it. Digital copies are $2/each, bundles are also offered.

This is the most beatiful view in Punta Cana area. We came here by car but you can't drive to the top. We decided to go 2.1 km-s and 45 min to the top by walk and guys were surprised because 99% people go by local transport that is very expensive, 20usd for 3 minutes drive. But it was really fun to walk and see the nature around the mountain even it was too hot. I don't suggest ealking for older people but for young it is ok. On the top there are 3 svings, couple of hammocks and viewing platform plus restaurant and some little shops. Very well maintained place. We came after 1.30 pm and one big 30-40 people group just left and there were just two of us. So i suggest to come after 2pm where most of the crowds are left. You can take nice pictures with swings like you are at the end of the world...

Really nice view but a bit foggy that day. The swings and hamkocks are very touristic but a lot of fun! Enjoyed the stay.

Nature at its best, the 360° view is awesome !! It's worth the bumpy road up and down the mountain in a 4x4 vehicle. (fees) Restaurant, gift shop, toilets, etc. up there !!

Nice hike with a nice view at the top. It has a small bar/restaurant at the top. Probably one of the few things to do in Dominican. Hike cists 7$ per person. If you want to be driven up, it costs a bit more, although they have completely different prices engraved on the bench...

Nature and silence...this is what you need when you come to this place. Then there is Tiroliana that have sensation of flayng around the mountain. Be carrefoul to pay in dollar or pessos (15 dolar) if you dont have dolar or pesos you must pay euro...but the same..15 euro...means that if you pay in euro, you pay more.

We rented a car one weekend and drove here. We opted to walk the 2km up hill. It was 700 pesos for two people and car parking to get to the top. It is a relatively easy hike but the heat makes it challenging so bring water. There is a restaurant at the top but we didn't buy anything so I don't know the prices. There are also open tour vans that take you to the top if you don't want to walk. The view is amazing especially at sun set. They have brooms you can use to make it look like you are flying in photographs or you can swing on the swings. It is relaxing and beautiful up there.

Must visit when in The Dominican Republic! We had a rental car and went to the location to buy tickets. We paid DOP 2000 for 2 persons which is around €16,80 per person. It is very easy to reach by car and the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking.

It's better if you climb this mountain in your own vehicle, because the host there, could ask for money by the parking, the transport to the top and the entrance, and is not cheep.

On January 13, 2023, my friends and I went to visit Montañana Redonda, El Seibo, Dominican Republic. It is a tourist attraction in which you go up to 1000 feet in an all-terrain vehicle. The views are 360 degrees towards the mountains and the sea. On a clear day you can see Samana, there is also a zipline and a viewpoint. You can see the round lagoon. They have a restaurant as well as craft stalls.

Beautiful mountain top in an area otherwise relatively flat with amazing views to the sea and the valley and other mountains behind it. You can do ziplines, gliding and other activities for reasonable prices and with attentive and well-trained staff. Food is also available and very good (typical Dominican dishes)

This view is amazing! The ride up in the truck is ruff but well worth the price unless you are a mountain climber and can do the heat! It is steep and long. The drive here gives you a better look at local life. Roads are good but getting lost is a possibility. We hired a driver, Caesar, recommended by our BVBO, he was fantastic and he found us a great place to stop and eat.
