Some of the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. Their espresso is amazing, and their americanos are perfect. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the outdoor seating ambiance is perfect. You definitely need to try this place! I will definitely be back.

Been customer for many years, at one time was one of the best places in the area for coffee lunch. Writing this review now though because quality seems to have dropped quite a bit: - Ordered a Bianca Tostada, the eggs smelled so strong i had to open the windows in the car, the aioli had more garlic (minced) than mayonnaise - Ordered a Caprese Sandwich, the tomato was unripe, cut at the end so had a hunk of stem in the center, almost all the rest of the sandwich was packed arugula - Ordered a Frida Bowl, there were two whole leaves a kale, looked unwashed, got food poisoning Previous times the place has been packed but the orders always arrived quickly, although on closer inspection missing ingredients. This last time the place was empty, counted about 10 employees in the open kitchen, and the two sandwiches took over 20 minutes. Giving it an extra star because the pastries are still generally good.

One of my favourite places for brunch! However, I'm also a big fan of Thursday Sliders. The ones in the photo are from a few months ago, I went yesterday and these sliders have grown into burgers! Highly recommend all of their pastries. Muy recomendado para brunch y los almuerzos los jueves :)

Nice outdoor place to brunch. The menu is creative and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. You should order first in the store and the kind waiters will take it to your table outdoors. Great for summer days. The place is warm so going on sunny days is awesome, it has nice shaded tables and some other in the sun so there are options for all tastes.

Delicious healthy spot filled with freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, bowls, and baked goods. Great for breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon coffee.

Great if you want a healthy snack or a place to drink coffee with your friends and family. They don't have that many tables indoors so I would not recommend it if it's raining. You can also buy products from local entrepreneurs. Food and prices were ok

Gorgeous pastries and a great setting for families. They clearly label what is vegetarian on the menu (much appreciated!) and the food is fresh and tasty.

The cheesecake was creamy and the additional crumble on top was a welcomed uniqueness. I will be going back to try more at some point! The crumble berry pie was a bit dry and not very flavourful. Its was really interesting since its the first time am coming here. I had a hot chocolate with a almond croissant was delicious I really love it. Customer service great. I will definetely come back. And I came back as always great customer service. The second picture is hot chocolate with a brownie was ok

Delicious breakfast, price is right for the great quality of the food. We were served pretty quickly and the food and coffee were delicious. The location is great and I really enjoyed eating at the outside tables. It was my first time eating here and I will definitely come back more often.

Perfect for weekend brunch or lunch anytime. Ask for an English menu if you're an English only speaker. Great quality and service. Outdoor seating is plentiful and very enjoyable. Although there is limited indoor dining, eating at Picnic is an outdoor experience. (Pay attention to weather forecasts--especially in the height of rainy season September-October.)

Heading to the airport after a quick trip to the embassy and find that we have plenty of time for brunch. So decided to go out of our way to try Picnic. The food, coffee, ambiance - each one is worth the detour. Try the French toast. Yummy! 😋

Amazing coffee, gluten free options are available, great and fast service. We’ve ordered toast with salmon for kid, it was raw, we asked to cook it, this was truly the best and freshest salmon (we tasted it raw as well) that we tried in Costa Rica.

It's a very nice place. It has a very nice atmosphere. Now, the food leaves some to be desired. They serve croissants and pan au Chocolat. I think they would be better off if they didn't. The dough is too dense for any of these pastries. If you're not going to do it right then don't serve it. Leave it to the pros. It's also a very expensive place if you consider the value of what you're receiving. There's a lot of hype around this place I don't fully recommend it.

I love the setting and the food. However every time I visit this place they forget my order, just my order. I always have to wait a long time and ask what happened to my meal. But I still love them. 😂

This is one of the best places to eat a sandwich, soup, apple pie and drink smoothies in Costa Rica. I am so impressed by this place and it fills my cravings when I crave healthy food from Los Angeles. The cubano sandwich is so good and rivals that of Porto’s Bakery in California, I would say I like Picnic’s choice of bread even more. And wow their tomato soup is wonderful and I personally don’t like tomato soup generally. Their Apple pie, wow, just wonderful. I like this place so much I’m eating it twice a week via food delivery. Support them and I hope they open more locations!

Yummy place with organic foods. Mostly outdoors seating and can get very busy on the weekends. It's an order at the counter and have it delivered to your table type of place.
