I would like to say the stay was not as pleasant as I would of liked. If you plan to stay as a family of 5 please be aware their beds are small. Not recommended for bigger families unless you get separate rooms. Breakfast is good but only 2 breakfast are given free any additional child will be charged as an adult if over 6 I was told. Our experience was a little embarrassing as we shared our plates with our children and didn’t even got drinks for them and was stopped by the waiter to pay. I ended up paying $23.79 for 2 children. Not a very Family oriented Hotel I can say. Alfredo Sanchez the restaurant manager was kind to remove one $10 charge for one of our children. I hope this helps any family with children’s to be informed and won’t find themselves with this surprise as we did.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Staff could not have been friendlier. Great food and drink options on site and comfortable rooms.

Outstanding hotel clean perfectly every single day for very kind and friendly staff, always ready to help. We felt safe they have always a security guard at the main entrance and they are very attentive. The only thing kind of negative that I can say that is there is not enough brochures about the spa services my husband and I really want a couples spa massage but not have enough information how to make an appointment. But overall this was one of the best hotel much better than so many called "resorts " at the USA.

I stayed here and am leaving very happy and grateful with the service I received from all the staff here. I definitely recommend this hotel. Everyday they cleaned my room and provided everything I needed. The pool was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Everything was great! Thank you so much to everyone!

I can't begin to explain how incredible our stay was and the hospitality was on point! The mall is right across the st giving you access to many stores and places to eat and explore. We needed can service for a fee days and didn't have to wait long for one. The breakfast was the best!!! I miss it so much. We can't wait to go back. Thank you to the whole management team !

I was really looking forward to experiencing the best of the best at this hotel. Unfortunately, it did not exceed my expectations. I was recommended this Hotel by family so was confident I was staying in the best. We made our reservations two months in advance and expected that was enough time for them to have everything organized as they should being a hotel of “high expectation”. One: we called in advanced to notify them our flight was late and we would be there past checking time. Two: we also called to make pick up arrangements that never transpired. Three: when booking online you cannot check in prior but they do not tell you that they only take a deposit payment and you have to pay the rest at the hotel. No one wants to be bothered with these hassles after flying 6 hours. We were never notified about this until we got to the hotel. The Hotel on the outside is very beautiful however inside it is very outdated, old and needs a lot of repairs and upgrades. The rooms are very low grade quality, but I will say it was clean despite the cracks and mildew in the washrooms due to humidity because THEY DO NOT HAVE FANS IN THEIR WASHROOMS!! Another issue for me was they do not have balconies?!?!!!! No ventilation if there’s no AC or it breaks down. This Hotel has way too many events which makes it very noisy and busy in the lobby and at all types of hours of the night. It’s very overwhelming and annoying. They do not include complementary breakfast for certain rooms and I feel like for th price you pay to stay here that’s the minimal they should do. The gym is a total joke. The machines are very old and outdated. They don’t have enough equipment to get a full work out done. The carpet is gross and dirty. They don’t have sanitary napkins or sprays available (had to buy my own) and don’t have enough towels out or clean water to drink from. The sauna was not even in working conditions which was a huge let down. I don’t know how a Hotel of this calibre charge so much and not invest back into it. The pool, also another disappointment. We were waken at 9:30 in the morning to the sound of what seemed to be contractors renovating the room above us. There’s really not enough good things I can say about this Hotel other than the location. It was an absolute disaster and disappointment to stay here. The only nice part of our stay was the lady who cleaned our room whom was such a sweet hard working individual. She made sure our room was attended too and left waters for us. Because they do not even have coffee, tea bags or a pot to make hot water in. Mind you the ice bucket didn’t have disposable bags. I absolutely will not be staying here on my next visit and will be looking into researching a hotel before I book. Be aware before you book here. If you are booking for more than a week look elsewhere. People that are giving this Hotel 4-5 stars are only staying here the night or 3 days at most. It really is not worth the hype.

My experience was nothing short of spectacular. I was nervous but the hotel are so helpful and accommodating. Communication through whats app was golden. Almost felt like a personal assistant. My flight arrived ike 2 am. I let them know a few hours prior to. They ask if I had ride accommodation in which I did not. The accommodation was affordable and great service. My driver had my name flashing and was so nice. The hotel on the outside looked a lil washed out, but the inside was beautiful. My check in process was seamless. The room was clean. i love the flooring because carpet messes with my allergies . The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. my only cons was the water never got hot. And the key card kept deactivating

Not a bad hotel. Rooms are just okay, definitely not as good quality as the other Intercontinental hotels of course. Decent breakfast buffet with standard choices. Given the price, it was a good value.

I loved everything about this hotel. Traveling to El Salvador I was worried about the language barrier but this hotel had more than one English speaking employee. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel has restaurants and a club across the street. All the people were friendly

Very confortable and in a very accesible great location. The service was very good, very clean room and bathroom, the breakfast (buffet) extremely delicious and a lot of options to choose from. t The price in my opinion is a little bit high for a 4 star hotel but other than that our stay was a wonderful experience

Rooms are dated, but such a great location, always high security safest hotel in the country. Most famous people and soccer teams stay here. Fun environment always something going on here.

Great hotel. Clean and smells nice! When I went to my room, the room was not clean so I went back down to the front desk and told them about. The second room was surprisingly not cleaned as well so I had to make another trip down and let them know. All of this and they didn’t compensate me for anything and I’m not the type to ask for it (customer service). Third times the charm and also higher floor this time. The hotel is right across the mall which is nice to walk around and see a Latin American mall (don’t be surprised if there’s nothing similar you’re used to). Very far from any ‘touristy type’ area where there are bars and stuff to do. Felt safe to walk around with a friend and get drinks at the gas station late at night.

The property is beautiful inside. The beds are very small and comfortably only one person per bed is best in a room with a double bed. With the exception of a very kind worker we met in the elevator and brought us towels to our room we did not receive the same kindness from the rest of the staff. The front desk guy was mediocre and instead of completing our check in he stops to help another guest that walked in well after us. For check out an employee by the name of Marisol was on a personal call and did not acknowledge my presence until I asked if someone else could help me since I had been standing there for a while ready to check out. I asked to speak to a manager because customer service is important to me, but she said he was not available at 11am. The AC also broke and was fixed closer to 11pm. Let’s just say I will not be seeking this hotel in the near future and I can’t wait to support and spend my money on businesses that excel in customer service. Whomever manages the front desk team needs retraining and in turn should retrain their whole team since they are the first impression guests get.

The room was very nice. LED mirror, nice touch. The king size bed was super comfortable!!! My husband didn't want to get up to go touring. 😕 I don't know if that was a good thing for me lol

Outstanding service, kind staff and spacious &clean room! I can only think of the best things to say about the hotel! Everything was great from the moment I arrived until the moment I left! I was able to check in 7 hours before my check in time at no cost! Wow! They also gave 20% discount to use a spa and I got a much needed massage after a long flight before starting my journey of exploring the city! The food is SO GOOD!! You must go to Picaso restaurant (in the lobby level) for dinner. It so lovely! Rosemary gin cocktail is a must (if you like gin) and the pizza 🥳🥳 The hotel arranged a taxi pick up for the airport and the driver arrived 10 mins earlier!! How awesome is that? :) plus hotel made sure I got two wake up calls before my super early flight that day.

My names Gill. I really want to thank the front staff and security. They were more then accommodating. They allowed me to check out late, never once bothered me. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is very safe with security everywhere and is enclosed off. Close to the mall. Even when I checked out they allowed me to store small luggage as I had to go to the airport to book a ticket. Will definitely recommend. Stop searching, take it from a Canadian.

Ok so i really enjoyed my stay. My bed felt like a cloud, the shower was wonderful and the rooms were very clean. They have blackout curtains My room came with a mini fridge so that was great. The staff is friendly. There are several restaurants yo choose from so that is convenient.

Made reservations in advance for 6 adults. When we got to Faisca Do Brazil (restaurant in the hotel) it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant. We spoke to the waiter and we were told our table would not be moved and they would not adjust the temperature. Appalling customer service! A very bad experience.

From the beginning, it was horrible they only care for the costumes that wear suit and tide and not for the one's who are there spending money The restaurants are ok but I spend most of my time clearing the Flys that were all over the food The ladies at the front desk, never provided me with the information about the parking garage and I was spending daily between 7 to 10 dollars at on parking. No matter how much they are doing well in this country, if continuing been untruthful wit the costumes this place its never going change.

This is my first visit to El Salvador and infact to any Central American country. Stayed in village hotel before moving into this city hotel. Due to huge cultural difference I was not expecting few obvious facilities which are there in other hotels in different parts of the world. But this hotel is disappointing in so many ways. You will get luke warm water in shower, no concierge ( of course there is a big board which says concierge), locker didn’t work, website says weekend offer breakfast free when we checked in we understood that breakfast is free for weekend only not other days…it could be bad communication but I felt cheated. Room was good, slept well all days. Internet works fine. Breakfast was fine. They make good cheese omelettes. Didn’t try any ofn their restaurants so can’t comment.

This is a very nice property. The staff is always well versed in local places to go and is very helpful. This hotel is located about 45 minutes from the airport across the street from a fairly large mall with mini shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has a sushi restaurant that I highly recommend.
