This place is overrated, it does not have parking area, if you park around this place, there are some guys charging you telling you: they will "take care of your car" and then you need to pay up to 3 or 5 bucks (something against the law by the way), then I was told there are some dancing fountains but there are not such a thing, just a regular small fountain, it is so crowded that you barely have a chance to walk or to take a sit. This was on our way to our hotel, we just had to quickly stop and find parking. This obviously was in December, it was great to see the area so festive and lively. The water fountain show was something to see and there were a lot of beautiful lights set up for taking great pictures.

It's a nice little family park. Plenty of space to ride a bike, skate or do laps around the monument. The place is a national monument but most visitors throw trash just anywhere they please even though there's trashcans all over the park.
