The
atmosphere
is
one
of
a
newer
hotel.
It
is
walking
diatance
from
a
3
sectioned
mall
area.
My
issues
are
in
the
details.
They
do
not
replace
coffee
packets
or
small
bottled
water
in
the
rooms
each
evening.
Something
that
may
not
be
important
to
locals
staying
but
for
some
North
Americans
who
would
have
to
stay
in
the
country
a
while
to
slowly
acustom
their
stomachs
to
public
water,
bottled
water
is
a
necessity
not
a
luxury
if
you
don’t
want
health
issues
during
your
vacation.
We
had
to
walk
to
a
nearby
pharmacy
to
stock
up
on
60
cent
bottles
or
pay
$2
for
a
bottle
at
the
hotel.
We
would
like
to
stay
one
more
night
in
the
same
room
but
the
receptionist
is
charging
us
$60
more
than
the
online
price
and
will
not
honor
the
online
price
so
my
husband
is
having
to
check
out
and
then
check
back
in
online.
Ironic,
this
hotel
is
newer
and
in
more
affluent
neighborhood,
but
I
would
rather
return
to
the
Best
Western
Terraza,
an
older
hotel
in
a
more
typical
area.
The
receptionists
were
friendlier,
more
helpful
and
interactive,
giving
suggestions
and
answering
questions
and
that
hotel
had
a
pool
and
a
better
buffet
breakfast
in
my
opinion.
Best
Western
also
tossed
free
bottes
of
water
at
us
whenever
we
asked
and
housekeeping
gave
extras
of
anything
needed.
For
being
a
popular
hotel
chain
in
the
U.S.A,
it
is
not
as
“giving
and
flexilble”
in
this
particular
location.
