Stayed for 2 nights, the rooms are cozy and mine had a big bathroom. The AC works great and breakfast was good. There might be some noise at night but nothing too bad. The service is great, the people working there are really nice and will help with anything, make you feel like family. Great little hotel.

Henry at the front desk was very helpful with my late check in and the lady in the morning was very helpful in assisting me on do the tourist thing. The room has everything you need, when you travel you come to explore not to stay in your room all day. If I can give this place 10 stars I would!

This hotel was very clean and beautiful in a good area of San Salvador. The most important thing was very friendly staff (specially the lady in the photo)she also found me a good tour with a better price than others. I was totally happy staying there 😊👍🏾👍🏾

It was the only option I had and I thought it was a good deal, but I was wrong. They offered a shuttle service to the airport but they sent a criminal to drive me to the airport. The man was driving a nice nissan car, not a shuttle, and when we arrived to the destination he tried to coerce me in many ways creating bad situations. The hotel's host told me the shuttle was alteady paid but when we arrived their driver partner said that was not paid and he didn't accept credit cards. He tried to create many situations like a criminal and called a civilian 'police' officer in the airport to coerce me to pay even more than the hotel deal. The police officer was apparently his partner and tried to convince me to pay more to the criminal driver. The another day I went to the airport again and there was one of these 'police officers', typical of latin american countries, blocking the entrance of the airport asking to see the boarding tickets in order to allow people to enter the airport. Anyway, avoid these situations avoiding these people and places.

I recommend this Hotel 100 %, Good Location, Service, Clean room, Friendly Staff, good Breakfast, near to bars, restaurants, malls and interest Points, rooms is small but is ok , Safety I come back again

This is my second time also staying at Villa Florencia Zona Rosa, I do highly recommend this hotel, Hulises (at the front desk) and all of the staff really friendly and helpful people.

FRIENDLY STAFF REALLY PROFESSIONAL, SMALL HOTEL, QUIET, CLEAN, LOCATED IN A SAFE PLACE ,ZONA ROSA OF SAN SALVADOR AND THEY'RE OPEN 24/7 ATTENDANT, ALSO THEY HAVE A NIGHT SECURITY GUARD TAKING CARE OF THE PARKING WATCHING YOUR CAR.

Pretty good overall, quite expensive in my opinion for the basic services offered. I expected such prices from other hotels, but this one is not that bad. I don't mind the prices as long the services offered are worth the money. Didn't had the time to eat their breakfast, I can't comment on that, but their staff service, rooms, and bathrooms are well-maintained. Average score: 4.2

Best hotel with the most attentive staff in the hotel industry. It's a great value with beautiful, clean rooms. You can't go wrong. And, a hot, cooked to order breakfast is included.
