worst
experienceS
I’ve
had
in
a
hotel,
specially
for
an
American
chain.
The
staff
that
helped
were
incredible
but
there
were
minor
issues
I
had
to
complain
all
the
time.
1-
key
to
door
deactivated
immediately.
And
it
wasnt
by
my
cell
phone
it
simply
didnt
work.
2-no
remotes
to
tv
or
clock
in
room
3-there
was
no
ice
in
ice
machine
4-no
electrical
outlets
near
bed,
or
night
stand,
ideal
for
charging
phone
5-
the
water
pressure
in
shower
was
ridiculously
low
6-
the
temperature
in
shower
was
impossible
to
regulate.
I
never
thought
id
complain
about
hot
water
in
El
Salvador,
but
clearly
it
was
the
only
temperature
that
would
work
as
I
tried
all
combinations
of
only
cold
or
only
hot
or
combo.
The
staff
came
to
resolved
and
they
“fixed”
it.
7-
my
room
was
for
2
people
and
when
my
guest
arrived
they
tried
calling
my
room
and
phone
didnt
work.
The
front
staff
could
have
been
hospitable
but
were
ride
to
my
guest.
Stayed
in
first
floor
facing
outside
courtyard
(not
pool).
Otherwise
location
is
perfect.
Facility
inside
is
clean
and
well
kept.
A
bit
outdated.
Breakfast
was
lovely
in
the
courtyard.
Staff
was
exceptional,
except
front
desk
staff.
They
were
stand
of
ish
and
tad
rude.
