Great hidden gem. I did not expect the hotel to have a natural convenience store inside and such a beautiful garden to have breakfast. The breakfast was delicious with the fresh squeezed orange juice. The garden is bigger than what it seems in the picture on the hotel website. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is near a few restaurants, bars and stores. IG: love_to_exist

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Beautiful backyard garden. The bed was too firm for me, but that's a personal preference. Safe area to walk around and close to many restaurants.

This is by far the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures on the website don’t do the property justice. My family (1 year old, 3 year old, 21 year old, and husband) & I recently stayed for a week and the experience was amazing. Here are some key details I want to share. The breakfast is authentic, healthy, and prepared by a chief. Breakfast came with fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly made cashew milk. This isn’t something you would find in America. The hotel has security that watches over your cars (we rented one). The security will also walk out into the road and stop traffic without us having to ask him. The cleaning ladies are amazing! We had a ton of wet clothes (from the lake & beach) that needed to be dried before packing. The cleaning lady hung our clothes out to dry and rotated them while we were out exploring. We told her we needed some hangers so that WE could do it. She was so kind enough to do it for us! My son threw one of his metal Paw Patrol cars into the tiny pond they have. For those of you who don’t know. The special edition Paw Patrol true metal cars can only be bought in a pack (we paid $45). It was a bummer but we obviously explained that the pond was deep and we couldn't get it out. Our son asked us if we would try, so we went and bought a pole to try and get it out (we try to teach our kids to try and problem solve. The car obviously was worth it to my son). The staff told us not to worry that they would try. The pond was like 6ft deep…but after 3-4 days they got it out!!! We were so grateful!! The hotel overall was so clean! The garden outside has tables that you can eat breakfast or lunch at. It is so beautiful. Makes it feel like you are eating in the middle of a mountain. They have a small market inside and a juice/ smoothie bar. The juice/smoothie bar was so amazing. All local & fresh products! After a long day of exploring, coming back and being able to order a smoothie was so refreshing. The TV is equipped with youtube and netflix for younger children. It is close to a lot of great eating spots. If you are looking for a place that gives you “El Salvador” this is the place to stay at. Your kids will have a blast exploring their garden area while you eat. It also makes a good location for cool pictures.

Great location, great cookies, so so smoothies, great amenities!. If you're looking for a nice hideout for a meal (literally!), this is the place. Come and check it out for yourself! They have a beautiful garden in the back and tables "hidden" inside of it. Really cool!

Love the eco friendly aesthetic and plants. This place is great if you just need a place to rest your head for one night but not long term. We had the room on the 2nd floor overlooking the parking lot. Be prepared to hear cars coming in and out. One thing to note the private parking for guests is also parking for the public because of the restaurant they have in house. We walked all places close by for convenience. Overall nice place and staff.

Cute hotel in a great area. The breakfast was excellent, especially the hotcakes. The lady who served us was super sweet. The room itself was a bit dark and outdated, but it was fine for a one night stay.

Everything was ok. Rooms were spaceious and clean, the only downside was it was quite loud in the room closer to the street. The staff is super friendly, garden and breakfasts - WOW! Location was great for us, to do sleep-over and manage Basic topics, like sim-card. Highly recommended.

Great little gem in a nice neighborhood of San Salvador. Service was outstanding and the staff is extremely welcoming. The Manager Amparo really makes you feel like family. The breakfast and cleaning staff: Helen, Daisy and Cristian were very friendly and go over and beyond to make you feel welcomed. My favorite part of this B&B was the first floor wellness market where they have an abundance of items for everyone of your needs, from fresh produce to bee wound healing balms. There’s a small cafe in case you’re in need of an evening snack, and the cutest little garden where you can sit and relax. They do offer spa services but I didn’t get a chance to try any, needless to say for California a girl this place felt like home. Thank you Cinco Hotel!

Gorgeous city hotel that keeps the balance between eco, green and modern in a very effortless way. The rooms are big and bright, staff is very attentive and they even got a shop and an inhouse restaurant with the best vegan cheese youll find in the city. Perfect place to stay!

My stay at Hotel Cinco was fabulous! The location was perfect. Since I had many appointments and errands to run the location was accesible during peak hours. The hotel is small but cozy. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were amazing. The Manager Amparo was exceptional. Jennifer at front desk was so courteous. The gentleman who is the entrance helped me with mu luggage. I had unexpected medical issued and they were so caring and checking on me. The food was amazing, and healthy was even better. The staff at the restaurant were so amazing too. I love the fact the hotel has a little shop with souvenirs because it save me a trip to the "mercado". One thing I felt in love , was their garden, it was absolutely gorgeous. I can't you enough Hotel Cinco for your hospitality. I promise, I will be back!

Very cute hotel, filled with plants and resting areas for the guests. There is also a restaurant with a terrasse which is very inviting and that serves delicious food. The staff is very welcome and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Ampora was particularly kind and is an amazing employee! The rooms are very big and clean. There is Netflix on the TV too! I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable stay in San Salvador.

Best place to stay in San Salvador. Wonderful organic, healthy breakfast included. Great staff. Walking distance from the two main museums and from nice restaurants and bars. Very safe area. Loved it and wouldn't think of any other place to stay if I go back again.
