The set up of this hotel is really quaint and gives you a local flavor with a certain elegance. The lobby was small but very tastefully decorated. The pool and the courtyard were comfortable with mosquito nets covering it. The rooms were comfortable, the air worked well, the sheets were clean and the pillows were comfortable. Hot water was delightful in the bathroom. The breakfast crew is fabulous and provide a great local flavored breakfast. Perfect location to get to the nearby Galeria mall, Walmart opening up few blocks away, and the grocery store. A Wendy's two blocks away. The AC blew right on to my face in the room, it had no opening to the outside world, it was an inner room. The bathroom was reasonably nice, the lights were so dim to be able to see one's self in the mirror. No hair dryer.

Staff are pleasant. They care about their customers. I've been returning to this hotel for the past 4 yrs. It's located close to a supermarket, malls and restaurants, good location at walking distance. Highly recommend

Reserved for two nights for our son and daughter while they travel Central America. Reserved a standard room which stated on expedites website that it was for a double bed or two single beds, when they arrived they wanted to force them to sleep in one bed and wouldn't care to look at what expedias reservations said. Breakfast (full to order) was supposed to be included and after the two nights they wanted to charge for 2 breakfasts saying it only included one per day, again they didn't care to explain me how it could be possible. i called from the states as they are traveling by themselves and the receptionist (Doris) was rude, and when I made my point she got really frustrated went to her manager (with my daughters cell phone in hand) and told her that she had explain me but i just didn't comprehend and that I was crazy mad. I have no problem paying for a breakfast i have a problem with their incompetence.

Place is really small. I can't believe the rooms are that expensive per night. Food wasn't terrible but the ration was very poor. The restrooms were not properly clean... and the conference rooms were very small as well. Not a great experience.

Clean and comfortable room with quiet and efficient AC. Bathroom has soap and shower dispensers as well as additional 'cava' toiletries. Shower is rainfall style with powerful and hot flow.

Everything about the hotel was great till the last day when we had our breakfast. I made a mistake of choosing a breakfast and adding french toast, which I thought was included. Language was an issue, but no mention on additional cost. I got slapped with a $13 fee for 3 slices of french toast with syrup. A hefty fee to pay for a few slices of bread. Lesson: DO NOT MIX AND MATCH YOUR BREAKFAST OPITONS. POINT TO IT OR SPEAK SPANISH TO CONFIRM NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
