Great service with an amazing moring breakfast! Stayed a week and loved how friendly the staff was!

It's an older hotel and the style is a bit quirky. But the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. It is clean, just a little bit needing upgrade maintenance. The location is fantastic. And the breakfast is really good. This is my second time here. I would stay again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When I checked in the room giving to me was really big but the smell was terrible. I ask for a room change and the next one was just as bad and I found a cockroach in the bathroom!! A third room change was in order and it was't as bad as the other ones so I decided I could stay the first night here out of the 5-night long business trip I was having. Next morning I was going to check-out and find another hotel... at least THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT. Turns out the manager has zero sense of customer service and didn't allow me to have any papers approving my check out and didn't want to reimburse me for the remaining nights THAT I HAVE'T USED. All he had to do was make an exception because of his nasty and smelling rooms but no sir. Even tho I had to pay for the remaining nights I DID NOT COMPLETE MY STAY HERE, I LEFT AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEMD THIS HOTEL.

Hotel was ok. Older hotel not much has been updated. Honestly in my opinion it was depressing. Food was ok. Staff nice. However our 2 nights sucked. Doors being slammed by guests and pounding on the floor above us close to midnight. Unfortunately will not return. Great area and walking distance to restaurants.

I would like to share my experience! my wife was for a long period of time and I also had the pleasure of staying a couple of days.. and I can assure you that the service is incredible, excellent on another level. I would like to emphasize two people in particular who make the stay exceptional: Ernesto and Karla with his professionalism and smile all the time make the time in the hotel very pleasant, The only thing that would be good if they improved is the food issue ( really bad ) Thank you very much for everything.

Based on the rest of the places I've been this place is great. They cld do some things to improve there hotel but to me for a foreign hotel they were just fine.

We had room 25 and stayed for 12 nights to visit family. Overall it was a great value! Hotels around this area tend to be at least $10-$15 more so for long stays, it really helped us save money so we can go out more.The room was spacious and the included breakfast was ok. The bathroom was also pretty big and the actual hotel grounds was nice as well. We like how the street is gated and there’s a guard at all times. Also the employees were very courteous. We only had a few issues which is why it loses a star: 1:The WiFi would periodically go off every day, usually at night 2:As foreigners, we didn’t realize that there are no laundry services, only dry cleaning in El Salvador. Our small bag of clothes that would usually be $15-$20 to get cleaned cost us $81. Our issue is with that there was no communication about the cost when we handed them our clothes. (Hablamos Español) 3: There’s a place next door that was doing a party and played music at night. this happened only one night though and wasn’t too much of a bother for us but I guess that depend on the individual.

Horrible!!!! Avoid if possible. Horrible service. They try to over charge any way they can. Wifi is not reliable. Beds feel like a rock and shower is nasty! You can tell where the grout used to be white but now is mostly black from filth. Nasty, uncomfortable and bad service. I tried to ask for a refund but was told it was not refundable.

I recommend this location Because it's convenient cozy and quiet.. Great price and stores are within walking safe distance..

Be very careful this peoples do not answer with your request for cancelations or at the very least crediting you for a different date if you aren't able to keep your reservation. We just lost all our money

The room is not good, smell like a old place. I don't like it at all.

This hotel is dirty and run down. It looks better in pictures. Do not be fooled. The towels are dirty, the rooms stink and it is located in a dilapidated house.

I’m staying in the hotel already twice I like it very much foot is good and it’s close to everything I don’t recommend it to anybody going up there people very friendly the only thing I didn’t like it was the laundry it’s very expensive anything else excellent

It's ok not Bad for the Price

I was there for 10 days in 11/21 The location and tranquillity was pristine. Very run down façade which I didn’t really mind since what’s in the room is what really matters. Well, let me say, there was some kind of smell in the bathroom which I believe attracted drain flies, I saw a huge roach on the floor that some how climbed onto the window curtains and , not to be snobby or anything but, the bed sheet had a big stain right where my upper back would lay. They could’ve been bleached clean but, seeing the stain just puts you in a totally different mindset. I know the pricing is drastically lower than Holiday inn( down the street) and others, but insects in the room with stain sheets. What I was told when I passed this info to management was that “We” the guests are the eyes of the hotel because otherwise there is no way for them to find out these conditions/issues. I beg to differ, there should be a standard for which the hotel should operate by. P.s. the staff are friendly though.
