Beautiful, beautiful boutique hotel in a safe neighbourhood with incredibly nice staff. Comfortable, spacious, clean and polished rooms. Great breakfast, wifi and shower. Absolute gem in the San Benito area. Four-star hotel with five-star experience.

This was a fantastic find! The place is cozy well design, well thought out. Very hidden and definitely a good spot to get some needed rest. The staff bend over backwards to make your stay as comfy as possible. The breakfast was fantastic, they have a cool patio that is very chill, great spot to buy some wine and work. This place totally gets my seal of approval

Lovely boutique hotel located in San Salvador. The hotel is filled with lots of plants and has open areas where you can eat. Location was good, it was close to restaurants and cafes and noise level wasn't high. Room was specious for us and our suitcase, most of the day was spent walking around San Salvador. The room was clean and so was the bathroom.

For such a small quaint hotel, their customer service is amazing. I stayed there twice this past month while visiting San Salvador. I arrived on Monday 5-Sept and checked out on Friday 9-Sept. my room was very clean, modern and yet has some unique touches that’s makes for a great experience. The front desk staff and the ladies working in the restaurant are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. For my second time around it was even better. The young man willing g the overnight shift was awesome, friendly and ver personable. The young lady that worked the morning shift was as equally amazing and friendly. They hospitality very seriously at this hotel. I just want to say the staff that that was there Friday night through Sunday nigh are rock stars. The only feedback is parking, it’s very limited. But overall highly recorded and well priced.

Great hotel! Really awesome staff who went out of their way to help with any question or need. Very good breakfast included. Rooms were very posh and comfortable. Hot water in the showers! The hotel is in the middle of a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to San Benito with plenty of dining options nearby.

This hotel is such a great find. Modern and comfortable rooms, tasty free breakfast included with your stay, excellent and safe location with security guard at all times. Also, their staff is exceptionally friendly and they go out of their way to help the guests, I wanted to give Noemi a big thanks for helping us out. Will definitely consider this hotel again and would recommend!

This place met my expectations and some more. Kaleo is a very quiet hidden gem located a few blocks away from La Zona Rosas’ buzzing and hustling. The rooms are amazingly clean and are provided with a very comfortable bed. My room had a digital TV and a small fridge; it also had a small desk and a kind of a lounge captain chair. The bathroom was equipped with a great hot/cold shower extension and it was so sparkling clean I can have dinner there. In addition, the toiletries given are rather high quality. The staff is super friendly and went out of their way to meet my requests, specially in the kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and I also had ordered a panini and a caprece salad along with a basil lemonade and a pineapple strawberry smoothie for mid lunch/dinner. I can only complement the chef because anyone could see my food was made with love. The owner of this house is a very fortunate boss for having such a wonderful labor force therein. There is an enclosed limited parking available and also outdoor parking spots. And so to conclude. I hope I’m able to find a room in this place next time I visit San Salvador because clearly a gem like this can’t be hidden for too long.

Attention Owner! The water on the shower is a shame. The tv in room 10 did not display any programs seems no signal. Please invest in these basics, it is currently unnacceptable.

Fantastic hotel! Everything was amazing!! Stayed here for a couple of days while on a trip with my dad and it was the best hotel we stayed in. The breakfast was good and authentic, location was perfect and the staff where very nice. FYI they charge your credit card a preauthorization hold (not a deposit) during reservation, which is fully returned. -Rick from Texas

This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in our El Salvador trip. Bed is very comfortable and customer service is amazing. I really like the layout of the hotel. It’s so unique. The price is very reasonable as well. Also hot water and free breakfast is provided!

Cute hotel and very nice staff. Room placement was not good right next to the entrance and reception. We listened to people talk all day and night. No peace and quiet. Unfortunately had a guest talking on their cell in the lobby until midnight. Overall stay was ok.

I made a reservation the night before I traveled from the USA! I was able to call them via WhatsApp. The staff was very attentive and professional and they were able to help me with everything! The location was perfect near many restaurants and safe to walk! I am so happy I found Kaleo.

Kaelo Boutique Hotel was a fantastic stay. It's modern, clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kaleo is located in a very safe residential area of San Benito, and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. My room was very clean and cozy, and was made each day. I staying in room 11 - it had a sliding door which accessed a beautiful green/garden space. The décor in the room and across the entire hotel was modern and simple. Breakfast was à la carte, and the options were delicious. They were able customize orders as well. There was a mini fridge in the lobby area that had a variety of beverages. The small bottles of water were free and unlimited. The Coca-Cola and domestic beers were +/- $1.50 each. WIFI was fast and reliable for the most part. Only thing I'd say could be improved was the addition of safes to the rooms. Kaleo is a gem in San Salvador. I'd recommend it to everyone, and would stay here again.

Very nice place, clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious and modern. The concept is very interesting, you have board games and gardens to spend some time. The only thing for me was a little issue is breakfast is from 7-9 different as others that have until 10.

It has everything you'll need but no more. It's pretty basic. It's ok if you are spending just one night or two and you are on a budget. Don't think I would choose this one when traveling with my wife.
