This hotel has a 10PM curfew. Means you get locked out if you're not there by 10PM every night. This should bwle the first thing any review has because it is ridiculous and I only found out after I was already there and I was too tired and too far away from anything else to move.

Very clean, organized and beautiful with good decoration, but a lot of rules like you can't arrive after 10 pm, no wash your clothes, bad internet and the women doesn't want to fix. The district is safe, but bad location, far of downtown and a little pricey

Just about everyone working there is very rude and quite odd. Fairly clean and nicely decorated but bad location and most of what is advertised is untrue. Definitely wouldn’t consider it a hotel seeing as how you’re sharing a bathroom with 8 other rooms and there’s no hostel atmosphere since the staff makes it very unwelcoming.

Clean, non pretentious rooms, friendly staff and they serve a good typical breakfast. Really nice outdoor eating area with a lush garden. Will be staying here again on my next visit. Note, if you so desire you need to ask for a room with a private bathroom.

Nice place and welcoming people NOTE: the place closes doors at 10pm and don't let guests enter after 10pm (I've never seen a hotel that does this - only when i was a little kid i was treated this way). The hosts tried to explain this in a message but it wasn't clear at all (the feedback was communicated and they well received it with kindness and a smile). I am giving two stars because I had to pay $10 for the uber to take me back to where i was and that was a bummer that could've been avoided by better communication.

I really recommend staying here, specially if you appreciate a nice, relaxing, clean, and cute environment. The hotel's patios are gorgeous, and the paintings and murals are absolutely breath taking. The staff are incredibly sweet and kind, and they accommodated me when i was in need of a last minute stay. I am in no way staying anywhere else when i visit san salvador from now on.

Nice place with a good service Unfortunately they lock the main door and it’s not possible to go out between 10pm - 6am Free cancellation was offered when we didn’t agree with the closing times

Not really. Far away from the city, too many rules and the worst of all they have bugs.

We were a third-party facilitated group from Xavier University who stayed with Oasis for a week in March 2017. Many of us were hesitant to be so far from home, but little did we know the women at Oasis would welcome us into a home of their own. Carolina and the other women that help run the establishment have the biggest and sincerest hearts. They were ready to assist with anything and everything, all the while maintaining a beautiful building. Calling this a hotel does not capture the reality, as it was more a mix of a hostel and a home. Beautiful space, home-cooked meals, a smiling welcome, and a space of peace and calm in a hectic city.

I booked a private deluxe ensuite, turns out it was not available when I arrived. It's really not professional. I ended up with standard room with shared bathroom, and the shower had no hot water at all! I'm very disappointed. The personal was nice though. Edit: And now they are responding with lies. They never gave any discount or refund, I had to pay the full price for the room.

My friend and I booked 5 nights at Hotel Oasis and had a perfect stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. We booked a double with our own bathroom. The shower had a hot water heater (adjustable) and was large. We had a private balcony almost the size of our room overlooking the corner streets and beautiful flowers - it was perfect for morning stretching and journaling. The staff were beyond welcoming and generous - from gracious greetings and send-offs (like family!) to lovely breakfasts on the charming and whimsical main dining patio. I would definitely stay here forever if I could - at least I will go again! Also it's a nearby walk to interesting organizations, arts, coffee, and food!

The hospitality here is superb. The loveliest people you'll ever meet, with amazing customer service. The rooms are comfortable and the meals top-notch -- and, it's affordable! We love this place and are happy to return again and again!

In December of 2019, my family and I stayed at Hotel Oasis while visiting my family in El Salvador. Everyone there is so friendly, so sweet, and they will do whatever they can to help. My family and I were supposed to go back December 1st, 2020, but we ended up getting covid, so we had to rebook, and then rebook again due to unforseen circumstances. Everyone has been so understanding of our situation and I highly recommend Hotel Oasis for anyone visiting El Salvador who's in need of a place to stay. I myself cannot wait to go back. Thank you, Hotel Oasis family, for all of your kindness, generosity, patience and understanding.
