Loved staying here. The security guard who manages the parking lot is super nice. The rooms were nice. Consistent hot water. Great breakfast that’s included. And you can use the pool at the hotel across the street. Safe location and the pupisaria across the street has the best pulidas I’ve tried.

I’m not one to give bad reviews, but this place was really disappointing . First of all they violated my privacy; gave out my room number without my consent. Never found desk attendant to ask for room necessities, and never came in to change my sheets thru my stay . It will be a nice hotel if they have more personnel to help when needed it .

Nice and cozy!

Way nicer than we expected. This is a nice hotel, very safe and secure. The rooms are nice and lobby is beautiful.

The rooms were nice. Shower had no water pressure, though. We literally had to take a shower with our faces to the wall. What we thought was odd, not safe and kinda of a hassle is that there is nobody at the reception of the Hotel, ever!!! The door is open whoever would be able to get in and out at anytime, and if we need anything we have to go across the street inside the Mirador Hotel, and talk to someone at that reception- as they now own Villa Terra. You are not able to call reception either, as the phone from the room never works for that. Breakfast is also across the street.

It's a clean nice place very quiet but far from amenities

Good clean hotel. Room was as advertised and the area was quiet at night. I was here with a group and was advised not to walk around the neighborhood. This is pretty common in most areas of San Salvador right now.

Overall, this hotel is comfortable. It is located in a safe part of the Escalon neighborhood. The rooms are a little bit small but the place is pleasant.

Water presure is very low

The sheets had blood on them. I asked them to change them and all they did was bring me an extra set so I could change it. There is no hot water, bathrooms are dirty. I wouldn't return even if they gave me the room for free.
